Louis spoke with the manager supposedly manager, but he was just a sales manager, said no problem on the deposit. They messed up the paperwork. Had to resend It got the money from the bank and everything lined up to have the car shipped, and then they tell me the car is sold. Said that they had a buyer Saturday. Mind you today is Monday and I talk to them for 4 hours throughout the day today, starting at 8:30 in the morning and all of a sudden, the car comes up sold at 5 o'clock. And now nobody'll even answer the phone for me. What a disgusting place. I would never buy a car here i asked to speak to the manager because he was not a real manager. Apparently, and of course, he didn't call me, didn't answer? And then I asked to speak to the owner, and they said he would not speak to me. So what kind of customer service is that?Do not buy a car here, stay clear

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. When they sent the paperwork over the price was 7k more than the list price. They added additional fees and a warranty without asking. I was ready to pay the asking price on a used car. Once I told them I had my own money and would not be financing with them BRAD DEAN, the manager told me they already had a deposit on the same vehicle from another customer. I had wasted an entire day dealing with this place. They are LIARS! I thought people from the south were good honest people. Not at this dealership. Avoid them and drive a little further to a different dealership. Seems like this is a very common issue with this dealership. Multiple reviews commenting on discrimination, lies and deceitfulness.

Emergency Service on Friday at 3pm! Thanks!

I’m from out of town and stopped there while traveling on business through the area with a co-worker. Before traveling we picked up our office’s vehicle from a dealership in Baton Rouge because it was making a loud scraping noise. The BR dealership said something was loose and rubbing and reported they fixed it. NOT. While driving the sound returned and although it was 3pm on a Friday afternoon, Performance Dodge brought us straight in, put it on the rack, and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem of a missing bolt the other dealership had failed to replace. They had us safely back on the road in no time with their personal phone numbers in hand in case we ever had any additional problems. I highly recommend this dealership, it’s staff, and service department to everyone. Thanks, Performance Dodge! Amanda Smith

Don’t do it!

0/5 stars for me! Worst, most un-trustworthy dealership I’ve ever came across. Service manager, Josh was a complete liar. Eddie, the cashier was a complete xxx hole. Mark, the general manager (I think is his title) was a smart xxx. I needed these folks to fix my truck that had a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. My motor blew up after having the truck for 3 short months. They completely forgot about me and my situation. Not sure how that was possible being that I called every single day for updates. They promised to call me back each day, and never would. I drove 1 hour and a half to talk face to face with them and only get lied to again. Needless to say it took them 3 months to put a new motor in my vehicle. I finally was able to get in contact with the owner who was VERY helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. To back up, when I bought the truck, it was smooth and easy, everybody was friendly, etc. But as soon as I needed their help, they wanted nothing to do with it. Months after my situation, the same exact thing happened to a friend of mine when her car motor blew up after having her car a week. Bunch of snakes. Be very careful and considerate when pulling into Performance Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Ferriday, LA.

Dodge durango

They had a very friendly staff and answered all the questions I had to ask. The sale manage let us test drive the vechicle I was looking and showed the deals he could offer on it.

Great customer service

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I drove over 3 hours to meet with them. Tim and Josh went above and beyond to make this easy and hassle free for me! I highly recommend Performance Dodge to anyone!

Not your typical dealership

This is not your typical dealership. No pushy salespeople. Very nice facilities. Best vehicle purchase experience ever. There website is easy to navigate. I found the vehicle I wanted, did the deal via emails with Josh Wilkinson & was so pleased with the experience I made the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership to purchase my new vehicle!! Thanks so much to all of the friendly staff!! Definitely recommend!!!
