Friendly service. All associates were pleasant and easy to work with. Matt was easy to work with and had great follow up skills. Still waiting on feedback from Rocco on Tonneau cover and price on cold air intake.

Worked with this dealer in the past. Horrible experience. This was hopefully going to be different, but it wasn't. We worked with them to get a vehicle purchased. They agreed on a purchase price of 47k as mentioned in the email attached. took off work, canceled dinner plans to get out there as requested. Had to drive another car because we were selling them our jeep. After over a week, then about an hour there they come back and tell me they meant to tell us 41k not 47k as agreed to via email. They then just said they could not do anything. Talked to the GM, same thing. No willingness to resolve. We were instead promised a $100 gift card. Doubt that will show either. I then compromised and asked if they would just pay it out completely at 44,700 and some change or even 44k and we pay the reminder, and they wouldn't do that. They lied, wasted our time, and did the old Bait and Switch. Not very ethical. I tried to let them help and resolve it, but they didn't want to do anything.
