Do not use!

Bought a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK and was told the car fax said it struck an animal but did not hit it hard enough to deploy the airbags or cause sufficient damage. 5 days later I took it to a Jeep dealership to have all the fluids changed and maintenance done and I find out that the air intake box has the nipple broken off and the intake tubing has a 6 inch crack! So its been sucking in dirt and now I have to pay for an engine flush! When I called Wes Financial to ask for a reimbursement on what I had to pay at the dealership for replacement parts, Wes Financial told me no and that it was sold as is, but if I wanted to bring it back and leave it with them they could repair it for 50 dollars. The system costs over 200.00 alone! So I am supposed to let them install a used air system into my vehicle when they didn't even disclose the damage to me? I would let them touch any vehicle or buy one from them EVER again! Do not buy from this place or you will get the run around like I did!

Definitely need to inspect your vehicle yourself

Went to purchase a 2011 Jeep Wrangler that the salesman, Kal, told me was all good and ready to go, got to the dealership to find front tires were bald, rust lines n the glovebox from water, heated seats, traction control, cig lighter, nothing worked obviously had water damage, so looked in the back under the tray and found water standing in the vehicle, pulled back the carpet and found shattered glass from an undisclosed accident! Very shady deal definitely would not trust them! No apologies from the salesman or manager AJ!!

Great Customer Service

I walked into Wes Financial Auto with the intention of buying a used car so that I can drive to work. Almost immediately upon showing up, Khaled came out and talked with me about car pricings. He was very knowledgeable about all of the cars in the lot, and he was extremely helpful. After a couple of days and looking at many cars, I left in a beautiful Nissan Altima. The service Khaled provided was outstanding, and I would recommend checking this place out if you need a used car in the price range of 7-12k.

Great Customer Service

Extremely friendly staff. Inventory displayed in a very well organized way. Took survey as to my needs and matched to what I was looking for. Didn't waste my time trying to sell me something that was beyond what I was looking for.

Team Leader

We came into Wes Financial just to look around on a Saturday afternoon. We ended up driving out in a beautiful 2009 Dodge Challenger. After we drove the car, there was no pressure from anyone. Josh was available to answer each and every question we had with expertise. It is rare to walk into an establishment on a Saturday and drive out in the car you always wanted!!!!! The staff was there to assist in any of our needs. They kept the payment within the budget we had! Michael was also very instrumental in the process as well. He was there with his calculator and making it happen. I would definitely recommend to friends/family!!!!

Vehicle shopping

For being in sales, they sure are not too anxious to sell anything. Only asked for a price on a car - website did not provide - stated to request by e-mail. When I did request via e-mail, they said they would not discuss a vehicle price by e-mail. Makes one wonder if they make too much already to pursue further sales. Probably lost their sale to me and any others I speak with.

EXCELLENT DEALER

This is the place to go to for a car!!! there very friendly and do their best to help you out. I recommend Wes financial to anyone. They work for you!!! They literally got me approved in less then 10 minutes after my test drive. I will definitely come back again. Thanks guys for all your help.

very rude people, they judge people on there looks

i called, took a while to pick up, then answerd, put on hold for a while. all of that got direction to look at a car. a salesman looked me up as was wasting his time from very begining, as he did not like way i dressed up may be. so they judge you on your looks, had no choice but going somewhere else, bought a car.

Don't waste your time like I did

I took my time to look for a car and I thought that Wes Financial Auto Group II would be able to help me, but I was wrong. First they would not return any e-mails and then when I called I was transfered more times then I should have been. When I finally did talk to someone they talked to me like I was wasteing their time!!
