Great group to work with ! Ed Tinnin was extremely accommodating to my financial situation and worked with me to hold the vehicle for over a month until I could arrange for the financing. I actually received a better rate through the dealership with Chris Norris' assistance. Will definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle through Cook Ford !

Not pleasant at Cook Ford
First time buying in 14 years but I did not have a pleasant experience. The price was right but the salesperson and finance team really acted like they could care less I was buying from them. Finance guy was visibly not happy I didn?t buy their extended warranty and then tried to insinuate I got a bad deal on financing by using my own bank versus the special rate he had with Ford. I walked out of there saying to myself ?Is this really how it?s supposed to be??Additionally, the vehicle wasn?t completely cleaned and had dog hair all over it from the previous owner. I mentioned it to the salesperson and he could have cared less.

Cook Ford
Our experience at Cook Food was unique in providing upfront value and honest disclosure of all aspects relating to our purchase. They're team is incredible friendly but not aggressive. Finance was a dream, really quick and I loved the tablet signature and flash drive key with my document, it's a special touch. Practicing sustainability with paperless transaction is a plus!

2N2 (2nd new car in 2 years)
Bought a new F150 FX4 in 18 from Cook Ford had a great experience. So after driving passenger Trucks for for 52 years I decided to give an SUV a try after a friend made an offer on my FX4. I went back to Cook Ford and to my surprise The salesman Tony Evans, I, had dealt with 2 years before was still there in the same desk. He kinda remembered me as it had been 2 years and I was wearing a mask (covid) we quickly discussed what I was looking for and he gave me a set of keys and said " Take her for a spin and see what ya think, if this one doesn't work we have lot's of them and we will find one that does". I tested 4 SUV's and told Tony let me think about it. A few days later, Thanksgiving eve about 1pm I called Tony and said "Are Y'all open" he stated sure are I said get one ready I'll be there in an hour. After arriving at the Dealership The new Explorer was ready to go, Tony had a few papers for me to sign at his desk and helped me get my Police Officer Certification thru ID Me for all my applicable discounts. As I was handed off to the Finance Team Tony said he would see me at the end... I decided to get a cup of Coffee before the finance procedure thinking it would be a while as the dealership was a buzz. Before finishing my cup Corey T. came up as if he knew me already and said you ready to go home? The finance (to get the complete discounts from FORD) was painless. Corey explained everything in easy to understand terms a when we got to warranty's he let me decide what I wanted and found the package that fit the pieces I wanted and could use the most. After signing the paperwork Corey asked if I played golf today as I was wearing a Golf hat. I told him "of Course" after a little small talk we discovered we went to the same high school albeit quite a few years apart and grew up only a few mile apart. What a small world, Can't wait to have Corey as a guest at my Country Club as soon as weather permits. Bottom line; The people at COOK FORD are more like an extended Family!!! Everyone is friendly, no pressure, with prices that cannot be matched. Robert Marley

Great People To Work With
I purchased my new 2020 Explorer from Cook Ford online and sight unseen. They had several Explorers posted and the prices were much better than the dealers were offering in California. I have bought other cars from out of state for this very reason and often the dealership doesn't take you seriously but Tony did and the process was very simple and fast. If I lived in that area, they'd be my dealer. If I'm ever looking for another Ford you can be sure they will get a call from me.

Super smooth service on my Superduty!
Got to work right when I arrived, and courtesy lounge was clean and comfortable! Service writer was great - reviewed my service needs on arrival and when work was complete she found me ( not the other way around, nice!) and went over the service and follow up. Clearly Cook Ford cares about my service needs, well done.

Great experience
It's true! A dealer actually does exist that won't insist you have to buy a window tinting warranty, vin number etching, wheel locks, etc. The only thing they offered (and it was optional) in addition was an extended warranty for the electronics. That was a good option and I took it. My salesman, George H. was great. He delivered my car to my house with a full tank of gas. I got a great deal on a new car WITHOUT getting a case of indigestion! Thumbs up!
