HAVE YOU EVER FELT LIKE YOU WERE IN A BAD TWILIGHT

HAVE YOU EVER FELT LIKE YOU WERE IN A BAD TWILIGHT EPISODE?!?! I am at a loss of words right now… but I’ll make this as short and simple for anybody who actually cares. Today I took another day off of work, and went in to Cook Ford to pick up the truck that Mr. Kedge Cook himself promised me would make everything right. Before I signed paperwork, I said I want to take the truck to my personal mechanic and have them check it out before we close the deal… I hope you’re sitting down reading this… BUT… THE TRUCK NEVER MADE IT TO THE MECHANIC!!! Watch the video below and that was only 10 miles from the dealership. I truly wish I could make this stuff up… but I just can’t. I was stranded in the middle of the road, so I had to move off the road and recorded the video that explains itself. Listen to it on high volume and if you don’t cringe, I don’t know what to tell ya. They sent somebody to pick me up from the truck and are having it towed back to the dealership. I went back and this time asked to speak to Kedge Cook himself… as per his instructions last week… his exact words were… “if you need anything, ask to speak to me directly and I’ll get on it…” So today I did that and Mr. Kedge was too busy to talk to me and said I can come back Monday. Ya’ll… I’m not letting this one go… I’m gonna fight this one until the end. They might have done this to others… screwed people over… and gotten away with it… but it won’t be me. So I’m personally asking anybody and everybody to please go to my page and share my posts with anybody and everybody who is willing to listen. I’m going to go to newspapers, news stations, I will go to Michigan myself and let Ford know what kind of establishment Cook Ford is running down here.

First of all they are Misleading advertisement!

First of all they are Misleading advertisement!! We have bought tons of vehicles from this dealership and are ready to buy again and can't seem to get any salesperson to call us back. Salespeople there don't know what the xxxx they are selling and don't have any type of training or knowledge on their vehicles that they sell. I am going to call corporate on this situation because it's just not right how they treat their customers! Don't buy nor refer anyone there because the MANAGER doesn't care either!

Misleading

Misleading advertisement! You think you won money. You get matching colors on cash prize. The color doesn't matter it is the code. A lot of angry people being mislead. I would give them 0 stars.

2022 F150 from Cook Ford

I?m not one to leave reviews online when I have bad experiences , non the less when I have a good one BUT I really feel my experience at Cook Ford and giving appreciation to Eric Osorio(sell?s guy) and Tania Brown(finance manager) is well worth what little time I have to get on here and leave them a review. I bought my 2022 F150 on Nov 22nd just before Thanksgiving. I?m a man of little free time when I?m off work and was in somewhat desperate need of a truck. With thanksgiving being only 2 days away I was stressed enough not knowing if I?d be home for the holiday or stuck on a train at work so I had that to add on to my stress. Just as I pulled into the parking lot rain started to pour down. I took that as a bad luck sign. I felt as if I was going to walk into the dealer and be rushed,forced and pressured into buying something I didn?t really want at a price I felt was over priced. Eric Osorio made me feel the complete opposite of that. I didn?t go in with a certain truck in mind,I just knew I needed one. Rain was still pouring and he did not hesitate one bit to go outside in the pouring rain and walk the whole lot with me till I found the truck I wanted. Never complained about the rain nor made any bothered faces about me taking my time to look at their inventory. So we walk back in and start discussing numbers as well as a vehicle trade in as I was going to trade in a Ford Explorer I had. Was nervous because I never traded a vehicle in. He made the whole process seem like a walk in the park and was able to work with the Cook Ford manager on giving me a better offer for my Explorer than I had in mind. Everything just seemed like it was going too good based on my passed experience at a previous Ford dealer back in 2019. Across the hall from Eric was the Finance Manager (Tania Brown). She was previously helping out another client as Eric was wrapping up all the paperwork I needed to sign. As Eric was finishing I could see a young lady in her early 20?s with her mom walking out Tania?s office with a big smile. That gave me somewhat of a stress reliever. Just as Eric introduces me to Tania and it?s my turn to walk in and go through the final finance process with Tania her lunch was getting delivered via grubhub. Being that I spend a lot of time away from home and don?t really get to sit down with my family at the dinner table every day/night Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner time is sacred to me when I am home with my wife and son of 2yrs old. So I told Tania that I didn?t mind waiting outside while she ate her hot meal that had just been delivered. She told me it was fine and that she could wait till she got done with me. This made me feel like now she was going to rush me out of there and not give me the same impeccable service I received from Eric Osorio so I told her once more that I didn?t mind waiting but she insisted in helping me still. To my surprise miss Tania Brown made me feel just as comfortable as when I was dealing with Eric. She didn?t try to force me into getting anything I wasn?t really looking for in a warranty package. To be honest the price of the truck and monthly payment I was going to have was a bit more than I wanted but they were both able to give me a good deal on my trade in,new truck price and final financing. So much so that I was able to walk out with just the monthly payment and overall final financing price I was hoping for. Tania Brown really helped ALOT with getting me the perfect balance of warranty protection for my new truck. She was such a kind hearted person that I even shaved personally family business with her(in a good way,no negative stuff)and that?s something I don?t do even with my close friends. She even shared information about programs and events that will be fun and helpful to my wife,son and I. I drove in on a rainy day and gut feeling of bad luck and drove out feeling as if I just left Sunday service. I can?t help but say that Eric and Tania?s teamwork was top tier and 2nd to none! TY!
