Great car buying experience !!
Worked with Lifetime Auto for my first auto loan vehicle purchase, and the experience could not have been better from start to finish. It started with Chad, helping me find the exact vehicle to fit the needs of my son and I. (Economical, safe, and most of all affordable). He worked FOR me with the bank to get me the exact terms and payment that I needed and most importantly, could afford. After that it was smooth sailing. I did not even have to leave the dealership to do all the paperwork! They even switched my license plates to my new car for me! All in all the whole process just felt comfortable and effortless, I left there very comfortable with my purchase and even felt as though I gained a few friends. A few months later I even called thier service department to set up my first oil change and that process also was extremely pleasant. These guys have earned my business for years to come! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Would not recommend
If I could give negative stars I would. This speaks to the quality of their cars. I would just start out by saying I drove it off the lot the back windshield wiper wasn't working I didn’t think it was a big deal but just disappointed I didn’t think to check that. Then two months later my check engine light was flashing and I took it back to them. I was told it needed a new engine (after I already replaced all the coils myself). They put in a new engine for me promising me one with around 60,000 miles on it that would still have a warranty on it and Told me they would give me $1000 off so the total would be $1500. When I went to pick it up when it was done I paid $1500 but the receipt didn’t say anything about a discount. There was nothing said to me about the engine, so I asked how many miles are on it now and was told 129,000 miles which is double the miles that was told to me that it would be. THEN a couple weeks later I noticed It is leaking oil and the drain plug was a 1/4 in out, so I took it back to them and they had drilled a bigger hole for a bigger bolt. That was only about a week ago and so I’m waiting to see if it even holds. I'm also starting to notice all the quarter panels pop rivets are all out and shaking and pretty much every spot that they touched up with paint is already coming off too where it must have been rusty. The rear wheel wells also don’t have any pop rivets so that’s about to fly off as well. So now I’m $9300 into a vehicle that’s really only worth $6000 now and also the days wasted on not having a vehicle to drive to work. We bought a vehicle from this company because of the reviews here. But now regret that decision and will never buy a vehicle from here or recommend this place to anyone. We needed a reliable vehicle for me to get to work and also feel safe driving my young kids in neither of those have come from buying this vehicle. I can’t wait to get rid of this vehicle after only having it since November, it was definitely wasted well earned money.

Not your average sales pitch. Honest dealer!
These guys were great. I worked with several guys there, but Erik was my main contact. He told me right off the bat the car I was looking at was waiting on a replacement amplifier. Info he could have kept to himself. I probably wouldn't have even checked the stereo, as it wasn't a primary concern. I could have easily bought this “as is” car without knowing it had a blown amp. I found a small coolant leak on my test drive, something they remedied the next morning. I ended up buying the car, and as a car guy immediately starting digging into her and bringing her up to speed with my preferred parts and fluids. I found all of the engine bay splash shields from the wheel wells and under the car were missing. This being a 12 year old car, isn’t super uncommon. They get torn off by snow, ice, a ditch, or even someone who was too lazy to put them back on. I reached out on a long shot to see if they had them sitting in a corner of the shop, as they likely would remove them to check on the coolant leak. I was not surprised when he said no. A day later, Erik emails me to let me know the amp had arrived and “I have to put my foot in my mouth, we found the splash shields”. Turns out they did have them, they were confused as belonging to another car. Lost of guys would probably have just tossed them in the trash rather than admitting the mistake. They installed my new amp, and put the now found splash shields on the following day. I am really happy with my experience here, and that is coming from a guy that absolutely DREADS sales people. I am loving the new wheels so far, and will definitely look up Lifetime Auto when it comes time to buy again. I really feel they went out of their way for me, and even if they couldn’t help me would have done everything they could have to try so at very least, have me walk out on good terms.

I just purchased a car from here and would highly recommend them. Erik (GM) was always courteous and polite and went out of his way to help us the entire time through the process. There was a minor part that was faulty with the car and it was correct/fixed immediately. We will definitely be going back for our next car purchase.
