i would definitely buy there again. Every single person who works there is friendly, not pushy! They were more than willing to look up comparative prices at other dealers. They want more than anything for the customer to be happy. Excellent atmosphere. I felt pleased that I got a very good deal with a very good used car with only 59,000 miles. We worked back and forth on a new car too before I made a decision. They could not have been more helpful.

Very good deal. I first viewed the vehicle I ended up purchasing on the internet. The website was very easy to navigate. I called into the dealership and was directed to Gabriel ... He told me to come on by and see the vehicle in person. My wife and I arrived and Gabriel had the keys with him and meet me before I could even get inside. He got a copy of my license and we were test driving in under 3 minutes. After returning Gabriel approached us ready to listen unlike every car salesman I have ever dealt with. Didn't get the whole I know what you want better than you do. The entire process took less than one hour, from test drive to leaving with our new vehicle. I had not purchased a vehicle in 10 years and it was time. I knew I wanted to purchase a Lexus and Imperial Auto Mall was my car dealer of choice. I have many friends and colleagues who have purchased vehicles from Imperial Auto Mall and they told me that the sales and service were the best in town. Gabe was my salesman and I appreciated the time he took to show me the Lexus SUV models available. He understood my vehicle needs and took the time to show me the features of each model we looked at. I did not feel sales pressure - just helpful service oriented assistance, which was a pleasant departure from other car dealers. I purchased a Lexus RX 350 and was very happy with the entire experience.

Went to look for a preowned BMW and found Imperial on the Brooklyn Queens Border. I came from the Bronx and it was only about 20 Min away. All the cars were loaded up an very clean! The prices were competitive and they financed me even though my credit was bad! thanks guys

My name is Samuel and I recently purchased a 2009 Volkswagen CC from Imperial. The vehicle I initially came for was same year, make, model but miles was higher. Lucky for me they had fresh inventory being unloaded to the lot and was an even more immaculate vehicle with lower miles. Anthony the Sales Mgr immediately took me for a test drive. I took that action by him as a sign that even without an additional check of the vehicle he had great confidence in the product he was offering to me. We came back from the test drive and now it was the moment of truth, dealing with the financial part of the deal. I knew that this might cost a little bit more than the one that was advertised but was willing to pay. What Anthony did for me was so unexpected, he showed me the purchase order of the vehicle. Without me asking to negotiate prices and doing the dreadful back am forth he told me that if I were interested and want this vehicle I can have it at the cost. The cost was only a $1200 difference. I was happy and took the deal. Although I spent $1200 more, I got an even fresher vehicle, and even better miles. I would not hesitate to visit Imperial again in the future.
