I was greeted kindly at my arrival to have my Ford F-150 serviced. It needed and oil change and tire rotation. It was done in a very timely manner, and when it was finished they washed it as well free of charge. One nice perk about buying a vehicle at Ford City is that you receive oil changes and tire rotations every 3,000 miles free of charge for 3 years. The service dept runs a report on your vehicle and will suggest what may need attention as the vehicle gets more mileage on it .

Great Experience, Not painful! :)
We were very interested in purchasing a new car, especially the Ford Edge Limited. Keith Gibson was our salesman. He was very personable & friendly. We did not feel like we were being pushed into buying a car. Along with the Ford Rebate, we felt like our trade in value was increased which made the purchase even "sweeter" :) .............. Keith was able to find our car with the specifications we wanted.....& was very patient with us, as the car was waiting for us at Ford City when we ret'd from vacation. We look forward to working with Ford City for maintenance, etc......& are very happy with their "3 for 3" policy!

Took my truck in for a Oil Change and it's 15,000...
Took my truck in for a Oil Change and it's 15,000 mile service and as always Matt took great care of me and answered any questions I had. Very attentive to my needs and takes great care to make sure I'm satisfied with all the work preformed on my vehicle! Highly recommended!

Update: One day after this review was posted we got a...
Update: One day after this review was posted we got a call from Derek Scroggins and he said he had done some additional research and he was able to find a way to get the truck repainted. They would pay for the cab to be redone and then we can pay for the liner to be installed in the bed. We got quotes and they approved the payment. Our truck was scheduled to begin being painted yesterday and there was a bit of a mixup in getting the PO to the painter - but they finally got it there. We should get our truck back tomorrow and I will update everyone then. ----- We bought a brand new Ford F150 and paid $500 for additional clear coating to protect the vehicle. Now less than 4 years later - the paint is peeling. The company is not compensating in any way for the failure of the coating or the factory paint. They say they only warranty the paint for 3 years. How convenient it fails at 3 1/2 years. This is a work truck to represent my company. I had company logos applied to the vehicle (note: the paint is not peeling where the logo was applied so failure is not a result of the logo process). Now this is going to be a poor representation of my organization when I pull up to a customer site. While the engine is a good engine (less than 30000 miles) I will never buy another Ford vehicle if this is how Ford stands behind its product and if this is how Champaign Ford City stands behind its clear coating.

I have always received great service at Champaign Ford City. I have a Ford Transit that I use for service calls and my service rep. Matt Odom is always very good at getting me scheduled in when needed, and getting my service vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible

The people at Ford City are always so friendly they get the work done quickly and efficiently. I bought my car from them and have continued to use them for oil and tire service. I have in the past always changed my own oil but have not been doing that since I bought the car from them. Its just so much easier to have them do it and they alway clean and wash the car - they have developed a very good customer service culture here. Once you come you will stay with them. I'm going to get my mother a car from them when she comes back to Illinois because I can count on these people to take care of her.

We took our 2012 Expedition King Ranch in for its third oil change. The first two times we had great service and had the oil changed with full synthetic Valvoline. This third time we went in for the usual, requested full synthetic Valvoline oil, filter, and tire rotation. That evening my wife and I were reviewing the invoice and noticed they used synthetic blend. After digging in further, I noticed they charged us for 6 quarts of oil. We reviewed the owner's manual to confirm that they should have replaced the oil with 7 quarts. The Ford City dealership used the wrong oil, the wrong quantity and to top it off, the broke the drivers seat frame. Not only have they wasted our time they acted initially like it was our fault. Ford City lost our business when they compromised their integrity.

I had taken my Explorer to a closer dealer for warrenty work that were unable to do. I called Kathleen at Ford City and in less than a day, they had everything approved and a loaner . car arranged for. The work was done within the time promised, done right,and the vehicle was cleaned inside and out and waiting for me when I picked it up. Matt is always very friendly and calls me by name when he sees me.

I took my 2009 Ford Escape into Ford City today for an oil change. I had two previously unsatifactory experiences with oil changes prior to today. They changed my oil and did not tighten the filter properly so my car leaked oil onto my garage floor and driveway. After the last experience I told them I would not be back. My service manager, Don, encouraged me to come back and he would personally make sure that everything was done correctly. So I stopped by to give them one last chance. I had enough points to get a free oil change today which was a nice perk. Don gave me a complimentary tire rotation to make up for my past trouble. My experience today was very good and helped to restore my confidence in the dealership.
