I cannot say enough good things about Maguire Jeep! I just purchased a 2019 Cherokee and I'm absolutely in love with it. I have never dealt with people who are so compassionate about their job and are willing to do whatever it takes to make things work. My salesman Nate went above and beyond and made this whole process quick and easy! I know how difficult the car buying process can be from both ends, & I will defenitely be purchasing my next vehicle from them!

Poor customer service
I bought a 2011 Subaru Outback and was by far the worst experience. After buying the car it seemed I was forgot about I had no updates at all about the floor mats I was supposed to receive and has to call several times. I have been trying to contacted the guy who sold me the car about the issues I am having and only got his mangers email which has been ignored for several days and I still have not heard back from the manager. I am not happy at all about the customer service I received.

Pricing
We went car shopping this past Saturday. We stopped at the Toyota store they had all the prices on all of there cars, when we went to the Hyundai store there where no prices and we where told a higher price then what was on the internet. Maguire is suppose to be an upfront lowest price dealer. Guess not any more!!!

Great all-around service experience
We recently purchased a 2018 VW Passat from salesman Rob Sullivan and obtained service from service advisor Kaile Liseno. Both experiences were excellent. Rob took a great deal of time to compare vehicles we were interested in including two road tests and careful explanations. Kaile facilitated our service appointments so they were convenient, efficient and thoroughly completed. Our vehicles were sparkling clean and a pleasure to drive afterwards. We would definitely recommend Maguire as a superior dealer in every way!

Matt Armstrong was a pleasure to work with!
Matt Armstrong patiently worked with me for 8 hours. That's right, 8 HOURS. He thoroughly answered all of my questions, let me use his cellphone to talk to an insurance company, and truly answered my every whim. I had quite a number or requests and Matt Armstrong met them all and more. He was even willing to give me a better rate on my loan's APR as well as a lower price on my car (which was already a great deal!), and was respectful when I declined buying an extended warranty. I highly recommend Matt Armstrong for his willingness to be truly customer-oriented!!

I received great customer service from Chris Shoff.. he was friendly and worked really hard to meet all my requirements and needs exactly how I wanted them... one thing I love about the Maguire family is the 30 days they give you to return a vehicle if your not happy with it.. that?s a great deal!!! Disorganized and Uncaring
I have prepaid maintenance included in my lease and scheduled a Saturday appointment @ the nearest dealership (Maguire Audi, Ithaca NY). The dealership sent me 2 email reminders to confirm my appt for the date and time selected. The dealership is an hour away from my home and these appointments are incredibly inconvenient to begin with. I arrived on time and as scheduled, only to be told by the attendant that they are not able to help me, as they are only doing Volvo service on this day. I was turned away without any assistance. I have 6 months left on my lease and will not be getting another Audi vehicle, because of this. I have 2 appointments with nearby BMW dealerships who are much too eager to help, why should I stay with this brand? I think this dealership dropped the ball and should be talked to about the way they do business and treat their customers.
