Love Love Love my new Blueprint colored Rav 4 Prime!

Love Love Love my new Blueprint colored Rav 4 Prime!!Great leasing experience! Steve Mannos went above and beyond to get me the best deal and SUV for my money! He even put on protection film on the back bumper that I had ordered. It was the most relaxed and smooth car deal ever! He programmed in my phone and changed my dash to digital which I absolutely love!! Could not be happier with the whole experience!! You can not go wrong buying from Maguire they have several dealerships and I have been a long time customer!! Thank you Steve and Maguire Toyota!!

Best car purchase experience in a long time !

This has been my best experience in a dealership in many years. From my initial phone call trying to find a particular vehicle to the day of delivery my salesperson Carly was awesome and communicated immediately to let me know any news/forecast of my vehicle arrival date etc. . She was the best option any body could have for assisting in a purchase. The day of delivery Carly explained all the options and showed how use all correctly. She is an asset to the dealership and when you go to purchase your next vehicle make sure to ask for CARLY K.

my cute little "toaster" has a poltergeist

this monopoly company sadly knows they are the only game in town. after many trips to the "service" department still NO diagnosis hence no fix and, btw still no spare key

Selling our VW cars

My husband and I have owned VWs for decades and we purchased two from Maguire Ithaca. We then had an unplanned move out of the US. The team of Maguire then purchased one of them quickly and as we were getting ready to fly out we looked at the process for the last one. While there were a few hiccups in communication with the initial steps Maguire management and team members stepped in and immediately went above and beyond to finalize the purchase as quickly and as smoothly as possible. While one always is wary of car sales or mechanics I can say that how they handled our case was exceptional and completely honest. Thank you Maguire for making our experience so great!

Great, Seamless Service

I went to the dealership expecting to have to jump through hoops, as I don't have a long US credit history. After submitting my credit application, everything was easy. Adam Coghlan gave great service, was open to any questions and he wasn't trying to do a hard sell. He understood what I wanted and helped me get the vehicle with no hassles at all. I would highly recommend for future business.

Terrible

To stay positive, I'm still shovelling out money to fix things that were supposed to be fixed right. I'm saddened looking back at the time, measured in weeks, months they have held my car hostage to work on it and I've always had to take it back or take it elsewhere. Time, that I will never get back, so I will never go back.

Shopping for a Volvo XC60

I initially shopped for our XC60 at another dealership (Alan Byer) but we were very far apart with numbers. Maguire Cars was exceptionally easy to deal with every step of the way from negotiating to ordering the vehicle and the delivery experience. We are enjoying the vehicle and would highly recommend both it and the Maguire Auto Team.

A change of mindset

So, the wife and I took the long drive from Elmira NY to Ithaca NY in search of an SUV we had been looking at online for several weeks. We just happened to stop at the first Maguire dealership we saw, 370 Elmira Road, thinking this was the place we viewed online for the SUV. Well as we drove around the lot, we couldn't find what we were in search of. So, we decided to go inside to ask questions and that's where the fun experience began. We sat down with salesperson Micheal Kaufman. This guy first of all has a great smlie and attitude. He was very friendly, outgoing , funny, and very knowledgeable of our every questions. We came looking for a certain SUV vechical, and ended up buying a Toyota Camery.

Love my RAV4
