I dropped off my car at 11 am for a tire rotation and an

I dropped off my car at 11 am for a tire rotation and an oil change which i didnt even need. When i realized they did not let me cancel the oil change. Also the 30 minute job took them until 4 pm after being promised itll be done by 2pm.

Avoid this service center at all costs!

Avoid this service center at all costs! The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. More efficient, polite and timely service could definitely be found elsewhere. One woman in the waiting room had been there for over 7hrs before they matter of factly told her she’d have to either come back another day or wait another 3hrs!! Trust me, it’s worth driving the extra distance to find a much better place. I’ll never be back. I waited for 4hrs with no communication from the guys at the front desk, which was empty for most of the morning. After 2hrs, which is how long I was told the total wait would be, I asked for an update and was rudely blown off and told someone would be with me in a moment. A whole hour later I went back up and asked again since no one had even acknowledged my presence, and was given a generic “not too much longer” response. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE!!

I've been doing continuous business here since 2008. I never went anywhere else. I even bought a new car here because I liked the service that much. I wouldn't trust another dealership.
