I bought a vehicle from them and they automatically assumed I was military, so they apparently charged me the registration exemption for military. When they found out I wasn't, they tried to charge me 2 MONTHS AFTER I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE for $500 since they had to pay it and refused to give me the title unless I did. I threatened legal with them since I had already signed the legal forms stating how much I owed and they sent the title over. When I went to register my vehicle, turns out they put my plates in STORAGE so I have to get completely new plates and safety and registration pay for the registration from before I even bought the car. THOUSANDS of dollars down the drain because the sleazy people. adding onto it... found out there were horn issues and the door handles were completely broken on the back doors on the outside. they also failed to clean the vehicle out before giving it to me. Had to pay to get it professionally cleaned to get the grimy sticky stuff off the inside of the car on buttons and stuff. no idea whats wrong with the horn yet but they failed to tell me of the issue before i bought it and now throwing another couple hundred to diagnose that issue.

Jeff was very professional, excellent customer service, super chill and friendly to chat with. We were scheduled to come down hoping to go home with a brand new car and we were really satisfied and happy with the results. Thanks to salesman Jeff he did an amazing job and we are very grateful!! 🙏🙏
