SAD DAY FOR CAR SHOPPING!!UNSATISFIED

VERY UNSATISFIED EXPERIENCE! March 8th. Wasted a day and half tank of gas with these jokers. Found used car online, called them to make sure they had it because I was coming from Las Cruces. Sales person said they had it come on down. Was then contacted by someone from Viva Ford, they said they had similar cars on their lot and they were on west side of EP. So I stopped av Viva Ford, they didn't have ANYTHING near what I described to them. Wasted time! I then called Viva Nissan again before I went to the Zaragoza location. They said yes, come on over. Drove to east side of EP. I get there and the sales person had a funny look on his face. He stated does it have to be that car, I said yes! Keep in mind, this car was for sale online with a price on it with the car fax. They couldn't even find the car! When they did find the car, it was a mess, remember this car was online for sale.They had us wait about 40 minutes. Guess what?? They couldn't let us test drive it because they couldn't find the keys....Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! So now they tell us to come back and they will have keys and it cleaned up so we could test drive it. We went and ate lunch and waited and I, yes I finally called them and they said they had to get new keys for the car, they didn't have keys to this car, I'm not joking! Oh, it only gets better😢 So, they now call me about 3 hours later when I'm just getting back to Las Cruces, they say, come back tomorrow it'll be ready and they will have one heck of deal. I was that interested in the car, after getting burned, I'd actually go back up the next day. Here's the cherry on top, I get a call later that night, they say now that they can't sell it because the check for the car has not cleared, I guess that means they don't even own it?? Remember, this car was for sale online! So I finally concede that I'm not getting this car, I have to call them back the next morning and they said when they truly own the car, they will call me back. Two days later....no call. I dealt with Tony, Enrique, Justin, Wisdom, Mario? (sales manager at Viva Nissan). The only thing done right in this whole hot mess was that Wisdom was the only one to make the effort to keep me in the loop by calling me the next day saying to deal directly with Viva Nissan not Viva Ford, at least he called me. HIGHLY Recommend some retraining or reevaluation on process and procedures. Oh ya, my 16 year old daughter was with me the whole time because we were getting her a car, she was truly amazed😟 Found a great deal at Bravo March 9th, they actually had the car they were selling online, guess what the sales person told me at Bravo on my first call to them...guess...?? ......"let me put my hands on the car to make sure we have it"...I'm not kidding. Great Customer Service

Robert (in service) at Viva Nissan was awesome! I explained that I needed to be at a special event by a certain time and he went above and beyond to get my car serviced ASAP and had my car ready way before!! Then he explained everything very thoughrly and got me on my way out in no time! He?s awesome! I will definitely look for him next time I need service on my car!!

Peor experiencia

Peor experiecia no recomiendo este lugar para comprar auto los vendedores no saven lo que hacen falta de entrenamiento por parte de Andres Quintero y Alexis Soto hacen numeros solo por vender te dan el mejor presupuesto segun ellos adquieres el vehiculo luego disen que hisieron un error despues de dos semanas de ver comprado El auto y te acosan por telefono y llamada queriendote ofreser un auto mas sencillo por que no devieron venderte El modelo de auto que ya tienes cuando ya lo compraste cuando el error fue de ellos no recomiendo este lugar para nada.
