Bought a pick up about 3 weeks ago. Needed brakes rotors and upper cntrl arm. Repairing for no cost. Dropped car off next day! Very refreshing to see a dealer WANT to help the customer. I have and highly reccomend Jimmy's!! Even thought parts arnt overly expensive he could have nicked and dimed me. He didn't even flinch when I asked if he would take care of it. What a great experience. If your looking to buy a used car or truck you 100% have to go to Jimmy's auto sales on charles street!!

I have to say I was very disappointed today when I went to trade my car in to Tasca. I had bought a 2008 Jetta from jimmy and it came w the car fax stating it was a 1 owner vehicle and never in an accident maintenance was kept up on it as well. Thought I couldn't go wrong. Also helped me establish credit. Well low and behold the car fax must have been tampered with because the man at Tasca came over to me and had to change to The trade in amount because my car was in fact totaled in an accident!!!! I couldn't believe it !!! My advise to you if you aren't going to a dealer (or even if you are) do your own research also. The saying is if it's to good to true.... You see where I'm going with this. Buyer beware!!!!! Not to say I probably would have still bought the car but still would have been nice to know that there was side damage, rear damage, and airbags deployed and considered TOTALED!!!!

I purchased a 2005 Ford Escape today from this dealership and couldn't be happier with the process and the result. Nick was so helpful and very personable, I felt as if I was being dealt with like a friend or family member and not just another number. I was on the search for this particular type of vehicle so I had been to many dealerships, made many phone calls and online researched for weeks. I bought my car here they seemed nice at first and easy to work with i put a deposit on a car that had a few things that needed to be fixed so they had agreed to fix the problems before i picked up the car they had two weeks before i picked it up and called me in less than a week and said it was finished everything on the bill of sale was finished so a week later i went to pick up my car i got there and nothing was done when i brought it to their attention they yelled at me and gave me my deposit back then he said he will send me the part and i can fix it myself it was something small so i agreed after all i had gone through to get this car i did not want to start over by the time i got home the a/c was making an awful noise the same as when i had gone to look the first time and was supposed to be fixed and the next day the engine started knocking when i called i was told my expectations were to high and that no one was there to talk to me to fix the problem i got no call back and my calls have been ignored!! NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!!!
