Took my 2021 silverodo in for service.
Took my 2021 silverodo in for service. Had coupons and was told I would have to pay for 2 extra quarts which I agreed. The sale price was 39.95 they charged me 129.00. Not a good way to do business. Will not go back.

PISSED OFF NANA
I drove from Payson Az to Waddell to get my truck serviced because of my loyalty to your dealership. After driving home with my 3 grandchildren, unknowing my truck was leaking oil all the way home. It was my gauge showing out if oil and a quick dipstick check that confirmed it. Our day trip to Sedona was now canceled as im sure driving with no oil could be damaging to my engine. I immediately called the dealership service department spike with Timothy who was my service provider and was transferred to a manager. After being sent to voice mail, I called back in hopes to speak directly but again a message was written supposedly given to the manager and was told a manager was going to call me back WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!! Payson is limited on service areas in which the chevy dealership here has a 2 week wait even for basic services. I had to beg and plead with a local BIG O TIRES, to get my vehicle fixed!! Pay extra to fix your technician mess up and find out that they installed the oil filter wrong causing oil to leak all over my undercarriage. I have notes they put on my receipt, as well as the damaged oil filter that caused my truck damage, that I NOW have to drive all the way back to Waddell from payson to had deliver Because NOBODY thought my situation was serious enough to even call back!!! I have 2 trucks I've purchased from the Waddell chevy dealership and was looking forward to repeat business but after this. I will NEVER be using your facility again for absolutely NOTHING! They didn't even add windshield fuilds asvits empty or air up tires as the were very low. I was told these were basic part of the service I'd paid for. I even used my $75 points plus an additional $85 to cover the cost. You need to FIRE whomever worked on my vehicle I'm sure this won't be your 1st customer who is not satisfied with their service. I’ve never dealt with a more sleazy service department. They wanted to charge me $800 for a $20 part and less than one hour job. They then refused to secure the piece so I could drive it home. I had to go under my car in the parking lot and secure the piece so I could drive out of the parking lot.

Worst experience/service ever!
2 years and 12000 dollars worth of service and my truck still has so many issues. Every time they fix something something else breaks. It could be just a string of bad luck but I?m guessing it?s the quality of work being done. The last time they kept my truck for almost 2 months and I get it back and my ac condensation is pooling in my carpet on drivers side. I must have pissed someone off there because I just can?t get 1 service done correctly. Big or small.

Bait and Switch!
Bait and Switch! Vehicles listed are not available at the dealership. As proof, I actually performed an investigation. Inventory number 218610 is still listed today August 14, 2022. After going through the process of filling out my loan application with the dealer and having my credit checked on May 28, 2022, I was informed afterwards that this vehicle (along with another Tahoe listed) had been sold weeks prior. I was told that although they didn’t have these specific vehicles, they had others available, but at a significant price increase. One of the conditions in me moving forward with a new vehicle from a dealer was that I needed this vehicle for a family vacation scheduled on June 5, 2022. The person I spoke with at the dealership then informed me that in addition to longer having the car advertised on Cars.com and their official website, they had NO new Tahoe inventory available at that time (although they had several listed as available online). However, if I wanted to, I could venture down to the dealership and pick out one of the Tahoes scheduled to be received in 2-4 weeks. Such an untrustworthy dealership. It’s dealerships like Sands that are causing consumers to make the mass exodus to Carvana and Vroom. I would advise Cars.com to speak with them and hold them accountable. Again, as proof of their dishonesty and bait and switch mentality, I provided the inventory number to expose that on their site today is the SAME vehicle I was told was sold weeks earlier to May 28th. I have emails and texts messages if dealer rater needs further proof. I don’t have the time to make reviews to complain about a company, but the constant calls and text messages over the last 2 months from Sands have driven me to enlighten others Consumers of their practices. My hope is that Sands reviews this and makes the effort to be more honest with their prospects and customers moving forward. Remember Sands, your practices are why Carvana continues to grow and why you see car vending machines become more popular than most dealerships when it comes to selling vehicles to the general public.
