Always polite, and has never tried fooling me into false maintenance. I would recommend sand Chevrolet. Jake was very helpful and honest. I would buy from sands again.

Pushy service
I just wanted an oil change!!! Don't try and sell me more service that is not a priority. Great you found more stuff that is wrong, but it's not a crisis. My car is old, I get it. Service keeps getting worse, especially over the last year. I don't have the confidence that the tech did his job correctly. My oil tracker wasn't reset and instead it was put into the menu to reset my key fobs. Not cool! Then when you tell me you are going to write down everything I need to have done and not give that to me, makes me question if there really is anything wrong. I might have considered having other stuff done if you didn't make me feel like I don't have a clue of what you are talking about and also tell me that you have no records of any type of service done on my car. You need to take a minute and do your research. Also, give me the courtesy of a customer to the end instead of just pushing me off to the cashier because I didn't buy anything else. That doesn't make me want to have you fix other stuff either.

tire repair
I had a screw in my tire on Sunday night and I had the light come on. I called in t he morning and Jake said bring it right up, which I did. He had it fixed, the car washed and I was on my way home. Jake is a great, he always takes good care of my car and I never leave unhappy.

my wife and I purchased a used 2011 Tahoe, after driving the vehicle home I found worn wiper blades, right rear brake light was burnt out and tire pressure light is on, when I returned to give my down payment I spoke with the salesman about having these items taken care of along with adding a additional remote and key, he said he would call me to set up and appointment to have vehicle repaired, I never received a call back, and I have left several messages since then, the care had a very poor safety inspection. would not recommend sands surprise as a place to purchase any vehicle.
