Fantastic Purchasing Experience!

After MONTHS of searching for a car, we finally decided on a Ram 1500. We tried working with a number of other local Ram dealerships and got the run around on pricing and several bait and switch moments, and then we found the exact truck we wanted to John Hiester Dodge in Sanford. I’m absolutely thrilled that those other trucks fell through and we partnered with John Hiester. The sales process was simpler than I ever could have imagined. Kayla (sales) was upfront working through pricing and getting as much info relayed to us over the phone and text as possible. We agreed to price and they agreed to a trade value from pictures sent via text. Fernando and Phillip (both finance) made things incredibly easy and fast. For a family with two young children trying complete the purchase as quickly as possible, this team significantly exceeded my expectations! Living in Cary, this was a 28 minute drive and I’ll make it EVERY time to give my business to this dealership and the team. I highly recommend this dealership!

Warranty extension

On Monday a service member called me about extending my warranty on my car I just purchased in April. This service member was literally bullying me to buy this warranty when I repeatedly told him I do not want it. Being a professional person for a business you are working for, his professionalism was not present. When I said I do not want it, he even went on to say if I am having financial difficulties. I got so upset I hanged up the phone and he just kept on calling back

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

John Hiester Jeep in Lillington, NC is amazing! Since the moment we inquired online about our Jeep Wrangler they were more then helpful. We went to view the vehicle and we already had a salesman waiting for us. Paul Loso, AMAZING! The Jeep Wrangler is a manual and neither my husband or I have EVER driven and manual. He had SO much patience and took over two hours teaching my husband. He even taught me AFTER the sale was done. Scott in finance, AMAZING as well. We had already signed all the paperwork and the next day we called him asking him if it was too late to add me to the lean, he was very honest and said that the monthly payment might go up but that he would give us numbers before changing anything. He called us back in about an hour saying that everything remains the same and that all we have to do is come in and sign. The next day we went in and signed everything. Amazing customer service! My husband and I really wish we got our Jeep Cherokee with them and we are looking forward to trading it in in a couple of months!

customer told

I purchase a used car with bumper cracked dealership said they would fix and order a new one and now no one knows anything about it. This is not good customer service it's very unprofessional and try to be honest to people not lie. I didn't finance I paid for it.

NO WAIT!

Erica, Amy, Brian make the service department at Hiester Jeep the best out of all the dealerships in Wake county. They go above and beyond to put the customer first and to make things happen quickly.

WOW!!

Pat M., Glen M., Paula K. and Scott F. were phenomenal while purchasing 3-4 Jeeps from dealership. The only Jeep dealer I would go to!

service and employee

the guy at the front desk with big blonde hair was very rude to a customer and my oil change took over an hour to do.

Horrible service

I went in on jun 8th for a fuel issue. They started they found the issue and ordered the part. They said they expedited the part and should be the on July 11th. On July 13th a called to find out why no one has called me only to find out from their parts department that it was not ordered until Jun 17th. I asked to talk to someone and ofcourse no one is available. Still waiting john heister dodge.

5/5 Trash Vehicles

You'd think I'd have learned but my latest vehicle not even a year old and the clutch goes out. The one replaced was a used vehicle and the engine constantly had issues and the last straw was when I had a spark plug blow up on me while driving. Have had a Dodge Journey and Dodge caravan (currently) That have had several electrical issues and currently. Additionally, had a Dodge Avenger with multiple issues within the first year. Obviously, there is some serious issues with these vehicles that need to be identified prior to selling. Selling experience isn't bad but the trade in values I always receive even though I take care of the vehicles I always end up with negative equity because they "can't" drop the price any further. I am done with dealing with place and will no longer do business here.
