We had a wonderful buying experience. We were on the lot and leaving with our new Passat in about 2.5 hours. Our salesperson, Brandon, we the BEST!!

I bought my Jetta used and needed to take it in for service, and figured it would be best to take it to a Volkswagen dealership as they would definitely be familiar with working on VW vehicles. I liked that I was able to schedule a service appointment online and immediately get a cost estimate. I got stuck at work and arrived very late to my appointment, and the Serra VW service staff graciously honored my appointment and were very pleasant about it. They did the exact services that I asked for and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want or need. I really appreciated being able to wait in the air conditioned customer lounge and enjoy complimentary WiFi and cold bottled water on such a hot summer day. The service was quick, and they even automatically applied a discount for my oil change so the cost was lower than the original estimate. I was impressed with Serra Volkswagen and will continue to come here for service.

The workers were so kind! The service was quick, I had an appointment at 11, and showed up at 10:45, and they had me out by 12. Corey, the front desk worker, is the sweetest lady. I highly recommend this Volkswagen dealership.

the service staff gave us good information about our vehicle. the service was very quick ~1 hour for a 0,000 mi service including 100 point inspection.

There service was quick and they also communicated with you as to how to keep your car running good. They were friendly and just as concerned about my car as i was.
