Wonderful/personal sales service. Charlie agree to open up on a late Sunday morning for my wife and I outside his normal hours; and yet there was no rush/pressure upon our arrival. He was efficient, there was no bouncing around to speak with a Finance team or Manager. In under two hours, we were able to test drive, agree on a purchase price, and were out the door with our Volvo XC-40. Great experience and we could not have been happier. We will definitely look to Charlie first when our family needs a new car.

Charlie was awesome from the start all the way through me driving off the lot with my Toyota Corolla. I came across the car late in the day and he stayed open late so I could test drive the vehicle. He was also very open with regard to pricing and took the time to discuss the ins and outs of pricing and supply and demand with regard to quality used cars. Every vehicle on his lot was in great condition as he only will sell high quality used cars. I took it for a second test drive the next day and he was very open and actually recommended I bring it to my mechanic to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. The Carfax report showed that there was an open recall...Charlie had the car at the local Toyota dealer and back with this fixed in about 24 hours. We got a great car for a great price from a great car dealership. I typically hate dealing with car salesman, but this experience was so different and Charlie was awesome. He is truly there to be a resource to his customers....NOT a pushy salesman. Thanks Charlie....we love our Corolla!

I recently purchase a GMC pick up from Charlie and it was the easiest buying experience I ve had buying a vehicle. Charlie makes it a point to answer the phone, or reply to a text message promptly. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is being treated fairly, and he’s respectful of your time. Good customer service is a lost art form, and that’s why it was an easy decision for me to drive over three hours to meet Charlie and purchase my vehicle from him.

I bought a used Jeep from Charlie and he was excellent to do business with. I have no complaints. Also he was following COVID precautions which I appreciated. He was very helpful, patient, and friendly. Put zero pressure on me to buy the vehicle and was helpful once I decided to do so.
