I’ve dealt with the service center on V.

I’ve dealt with the service center on V. Odom for 3 years, and it’s been nothing but terrible service and poor communication. They leave you on hold forever, don’t follow up, and never keep you in the loop. It feels like they don’t care about their customers at all regardless of what their hold recording says they do not treat you like family, you will get lost in the shuffle and customer service is not their number one priority. Pricing is unclear, and it’s hard to trust what they say about “necessary repairs”. The service center has had my car since Saturday. I was informed by a manager that my car wouldn’t be looked at Saturday because they were too full but Monday morning my car would be at the top of the list and would be a priority. I was also advised that I’d hear about being able to get a rental while they had my car. I never heard anything from anyone on Monday so I figured I’d wait until Tuesday to follow up. Tuesday morning I got a voicemail from someone in the service center saying that I missed my appointment on Monday when they’ve had my car this entire time! I called to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes with someone picking up the phone and then placing it back on hold without even speaking, checking in or apologizing for the long hold time/delay of speaking with someone. I’ve been spending $100+ a day on Lyfts trying to get my 1 year old son to daycare, me to work and then back to his daycare and then home with no idea on when my car would be looked at, fixed, and returned! After years of giving them chances, the first chance I get to trade my car in at another dealership I am leaving Vandevere and I won’t be back. I don’t recommend them to anyone and I wish I would’ve done more research before purchasing a car from here.

Van Devere Chevrolet has been amazing with some difficult

Van Devere Chevrolet has been amazing with some difficult repairs. I went to Van Devere to service my GMC EV due to poor service from the dealer that sold me the vehicle. Van Devere has provided excellent customer service for me. Brad and the service team are going above and beyond to help with my vehicle service needs. I am very comfortable fully recommending Van Devere for sales and service. Nobody likes to need service, but it is much better when people who care are helping you. I feel like I matter to this team and that goes far for me.

Sent a inquiry through Cars.

Sent a inquiry through Cars.com but never heard back. Even filled out another useless survey indicating that but no one reads them so I didn't expect much. Remember when you could contact someone and they would have information? Now you get nothing or a useless chat which never have any information. Went elsewhere to buy.

Very pleased with the greeting, attention, the quick work

Very pleased with the greeting, attention, the quick work order write up (I had a ride back home waiting for me) and the explanation of estimated costs Ian provided to me. I brought my 2016 Cruze in for the fuel induction service that Richard Bivens had recommended when I had my car in for an oil change on 12/10/24.

Fast pace, kinda on the pushy side.

Fast pace, kinda on the pushy side. Wrote deal on Saturday, picked up on Thursday, found that my new vehicle had been damaged. Currently in the body shop for a week. They acted like putting me in a loaner car was going to kill them. I'm hoping that the repair is done correctly. I was to the point of wanting my down payment back and walking away from the deal.
