I had excellent service i bought cars both time was

I had excellent service i bought cars both time was excellent and last time he was sick but he came only for us me and my daughter after paper work he closed and left so very happy

I would give him 0 stars if I could. Medi is the...

I would give him 0 stars if I could. Medi is the definition of sleezy used car salesman. Sold me a car that was absolutely filthy, wrong tires, no brakes, and 2 run flats. That’s just the vehicle, medi as a person is even worse. He’s rude, arrogant, pretends to be your friend and then snaps, he wants praise for doing simple task. DONT BUY HERE

Beware sells lemons. Look at carfax thoroughly

DON’T BUY A CAR HERE! I bought a car from Medi and all though he is friendly he is a scammer. Bought a car from him and he showed me an old car fax report. When i asked about the cars accident history he told me minor damage. Turns out the car was totaled because of frame damage and has alot of mechanical issues. When i called him he ignored my call and had one of his sales associates give me the run around. He is the exact definition of a shady used car sales man. Save yourself the headache and dont buy from medi or auto excellence group.

Disturbing and Amazingly Poor Business Practicea

I have just left this dealership and I rarely take the time to share negative opinions about an experience but have shared positive experiences with other dealerships. I am a collector of several exotics R8;Bentley Contential GT Speed, Aston Martin Carbon Black edition and several more. I have purchased from dealerships around the U.S. in my travels. Today in a torrentialrove downpour I drove 45 minutes to visit auto excellence for the first time. I was fairly skeptical as I have heard from others they did not have a good experience but I wanted to give it a try and give them a opportunity to earn my business . Prior to leaving my house I checked to make sure they would be open and the site states open until 7 PM, I arrived at 5:05 PM. The dealership has two floors and it appears there highest end exotics are on the second floor. I has not searched their inventory on their website but wanted to take the time walk the showroom and see for myself what they had as I had driven by many times . Upon arrival I was greeted by someone who asked if I was a particular appointment I assume he was waiting for, Which I was not as I was going to browse the showroom . Upon spending a few minutes on the main floor there was nothing I was interested in so I asked how to get to the second level when I was told that I needed to have an appointment and I could make an appointment with this person for a future date. Then I shared why would I make an appointment when I’m standing here in the showroom right now and we could walk up the steps. He said that I need to make an appointment. I shared that I was looking for a new exotic and travel 100k miles a year for business so making appointment was not very practical especially given I’ve driven there in the pouring rain and standing in his showroom right then. I’ve lead a very large sales team for over 28 years and a prospect standing in the showroom certainly seems like a lot better potential sale than telling me to go on his website take a look at what he has and then make an appointment with him, Well that certainly will not happen as I was amazed at the unwillingness to take a few minutes and walk me upstairs to take a look around since I told him how far I had driven in the torrential down pour. I can say that it was was one of the worst customer service experiences and certainly salesmanship experiences I’ve ever encountered in what is supposed to be an exotic dealership… This is not an exotic dealership..... and it certainly isn’t excellent. They really lost a good potential customer.
