Went in to put eyes on a truck I was interested in was
Went in to put eyes on a truck I was interested in was sent way, was told to come back. Few people standing around and not one of them could take over to the truck from what I was told was on the lot. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. There is no telling how far I came to see this truck. Told them exactly what truck I was looking at, but just sent away. I suggested make a reservation online because I would hate for someone to travel miles maybe hours to come see something they were interested in and sent away without even getting a chance to. Mr. Luckett.

Basically, all their cars are overpriced.
Basically, all their cars are overpriced. Each car is at least 3-4k over market value. I came in to look at a charger r/t that was 5k more than KBB and on top of that they didn't even let me test drive it (im black so that might have something to do with it) . Going here is like going to CarMax every car is overpriced. With 560 I was not approved which is crazy af.

I had a very negative experience with Car Lux.
I had a very negative experience with Car Lux. The employees were extremely unprofessional and even went as far as threatening both my partner and me. The manager shouted in my partner’s face, telling him he was not welcome on the property and was “not a customer” ….even though he was the one paying for the car and helping me resolve the issue. Instead of handling the matter respectfully, the manager became aggressive, threatening us and even acting as though he wanted to fight. This behavior was unacceptable and very unsafe. No customer should ever be treated in this manner

The sales person Desmond was awesome.
The sales person Desmond was awesome. I came to car lux specifically for one particular car that I saw online. That particular car was not available. However, Desmond worked extremely hard to get me in not just any car, but the right car to suit my needs. He worked tirelessly with the finance department to insure that got the car that I ended up purchasing. So not only did he pay attention to my wants, he also paid close attention to my needs. For that I'm extremely grateful. The finance team was also excellent in meeting the terms that I was qualified for. They ensured that not only did the deal work for them, but that it worked for me as well. Thank you Car Lux for such a wonderful experience in purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. I also want to thank Desmond personally for his hard work in making the deal happen!

Watch out for their $1700 “theft patrol“ add on that they
Watch out for their $1700 “theft patrol“ add on that they never mention and try to slip in before paying, and then refuse to take off. The “finance” man went over all of the other cost breakdowns and pretended like I was just not going to see an extra $1700 added to the bill and then when I asked him about it, he said what do you think that we are nonprofit? I never requested this add-on. I never even spoke to them about theft concerns, and the way they never even transparently communicate that this is a mandatory aspect of all of their sales is a horrible business, practice and reflective of how the upper management treats their customers and lower level employees. These are the same type of tactics that the LA car guy likes to use and they sold me a lemon Prius that was a nightmare, and this experience is equivalent. Luckily, I learned from the last fraud and didn’t give this fraud any money
