Oil Change and tires rotated

Made the appointment online and I was in and out in less than an hour with a tire rotation and oil change.

Great Experience with Ed Bayles

As a whole it was a great experience. Ed Bayle's our sales person was great! I rate him 10 out of 10. We are from Colorado and the experience over email and the phone with Ed was excellent. No surprises it was seamless. He did a great job of explaining the features of the car and showing us how they worked. He helped us get things set up so an A + for ED. The other personnel at the dealership were great also. The only negative experience was when dealing with the finance guy. (I don't remember his name) He started off cordial, offered us several options for care plans and service warranties. When we declined the offers he tried again but we didn't feel the need for any of the plans, so we politely declined. That's the point it changed. His attitude changed abruptly. He became coarse with us, rude and blunt. Kind of like a baby pouting. Frankly it was insulting. If it hadn't been for my wife being in the room I would have called him out on it. I have been in sales for 30 years and I understand that he wanted to make the sale, but come on grow up. Anyway other then this one thing all went well. I will call Ed the next time we are looking for a vehicle but I will not work with this finance guy again. Sincerely Scott Pearcey

Not legal off the lot

I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Everett. I drove it off the lot and on the way home my 2 year old daughter started saying ants.... there were ants EVERYWHERE under the carpet in the back seat, on the back seat, all over her..... we stopped and bought some ant killer spray. Sprayed it down and vacuumed as many as we could out of the pickup and continued towards home. Then it got dark and we realized we couldn’t see anything with the low beams on and hardly at all with high beams on. There were aftermarket headlights on the truck. After debating getting a room and going back to Benton to try get the problem resolved We decided to press on towards home with the fog lights on..... We live in Fort Collins Colorado so it was going to be a long drive. after getting home we thought we would be able to squash the problem once we called them. They sent us 200 check to remedy the problem. We bought head light housings for around 200 and installed them only to find that they too wouldn’t adjust up so we could see more than 20 feet. After we brought the truck to a Chevy dealership in Colorado they advised us to replace both head lights with GM product to make the issue right it was going to cost about 500 a piece. I called Everett again and they pretty much said they can’t do anything about it. They cant eat 1000 dollars to right a wrong that should have been corrected before even placing the vehicle on the ant infested lot. Makes me sick.

Service Experience

Too many issues to list, we have a 2009 GMC Acadia. Relaxed engine and still have issues..apparently GMC 3.6 engines are known for issues. the only person we will work with is Hoff in Service..He was the only one to communicate with us during the 4 months we kept having to take our car in. No other service advisor worked with us.

Gimmick Ad

We shopped the dealership today looking at new Enclaves as advertised on the internet. We bought our last new one at this dealership. We took copies of the ad, but were told the ad was a "computer error". They would not honor the advertised price. We don't believe it was an error. Much more likely it was a gimmick to get people in. Very disappointed.

A good experience

Ask for Ed Bayles in sales to make your buying experience easy and pleasurable. He is the reason I buy at Everett Chevrolet. All of the people we dealt with were nice to us and we were treated with respect.

Looking for best deal

The hubby and I were shopping for a new car along with trading my yukon in that we bought from Everett GMC almost 3 years ago. I love the large selection they have in all models. I was looking for a particular package and interior, and AWD. Got what I wanted and am very pleased with our salesman, and service! Definitely recommend

If you want a new car buying experience, this is the place!

Mr. Tracy Everhart was my Sales Consultant and he was extremely professionally and down-to-earth. I, myself, was an experienced Car Sales Consultant and I believe that Mr. Tracy is the epitome of what a true Car Salesman should be. He actually cared! I went in with little to nothing and almost no hope of leaving with a vehicle only a more ruined credit score. Well that wasn't the case this day! My wife and I went in, went for a test drive sat down, and worked the deal. Just as simply said, moments later he came back with keys, thoroughly explained my documents and we were driving off the lot in our new used vehicle! The finance manager Justin Bradford is very transparent and cordial and staff blew me away as well. I feel as though Vanessa in customer care is an awesome person and she should be recognized for her impeccable customer service as well! IF YOU WANT A REDEFINED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THAT YOU GO TO TRACY EVERHART AT EVERETT BUICK GMC BENTONVILLE!
