I had a vehicle all picked out and they never bothered to call and say weather or not I was approved plus they got rid of the Honda Pilot that I was trying to buy. The pilot is still listed as being there but the guy says that its not. Its been over a week and they have yet to call me either way as to my approval , whatever this place sucks.

The salesperson Naren Gandhi was very rude. I don't care how many cars they claim they sell a month, good salesmanship goes a long way in whether or nor someone will buy something.

I looked around for weeks to find a good car. When I saw the offer online and email the dealer is got an answer right away to come to drive test the car. It was in really good condition and I needed the car really fast because I was planning to drive in arizona. We very done everything and got my metal plate in less than 2 days. I just drove over 3000 miles and the car still running great. I am really happy of the service provided and I trust it and I was right. I ll go back to for another car in the future.

We bought a 2011 Honda Pilot from Woodall and we had a wonderful experience! Thank you so much! We were running late and were not going to be able to get there until a few minutes after closing time, but when we called they were super nice and super accommodating. They stayed really really late to take care of us. And we really appreciate it. We ended up buying the car and we really love it! The asking price was very good and the fees here are about half of what you will pay at a big dealership. But I think the best part of our experience was the salesman. He was really kind and polite and he did not try to pressure us at all. It was a really pleasant buying experience and we would definitely buy from him again. This is a family owned and operated business and this is a much more pleasant experience than most other big corporate owned dealerships. Don't be scared off by the look of the building from the outside. Or by the dirt road leading up to the building. This place is actually a gold mine! It's a buyers dream!

Search for months finally found our ideal vehicle at Woodall. Great vehicle for a really good price. Definitely recommend this dealer, will buy from them again.

Would not recommend these guys. They do not care about customer service. Called trying to get a car but all I got was a high pressure salesman looking to sell me something that I didn't want. Called the owner to complain but he didn't have the time to hear me out. I realize that they are a large company and have "bigger fish to fry" as he told me, but it would be nice to have a little personal attention every now and again when I am making such a large purchase.
