Warning do not buy a car from here!

Warning do not buy a car from here!! My coworker had the engine light come on after driving it home. At first they offered to look at it however after 3 trips and a new battery it is still on and they are now not responding. Also the level of unprofessional demeanor asking for paperwork days after loan. They also had to bring paperwork to her at work saying she didn't sign somewhere...like its her responsibility to know where to sign. She also received on her professional work email and email saying she was a "bad xxx" for sending the paperwork. So now she is stuck with a "new" vehicle with an engine light still on.

Great experience.

Great experience. I called to check on a 2021 Ram Limited that they had listed. I was driving 8 hours to see it, they confirmed it was in stock and we made an appointment for the next morning. They had it ready when I arrived. It was as described. I knew what my Jeep Wrangler was worth so it didn’t take long to agree on a deal. Cobra Rhodes was the sales person and I also worked with the general manager Josh Osborne. Both were great to work with. I was only there 90 minutes and left with my new to me truck. I had been looking over the eastern half of the country and this was the best deal that I found. The only hiccup was that it took longer than expected to receive the title. They used a third party title company that didn’t completely the paperwork for several weeks. After I contacted Southwest about it, they did everything they could to resolver it quickly.

Matt helped me out through the whole process on my

Matt helped me out through the whole process on my purchase, I traveled 3 hrs out for the car I wanted and it was just as described. He provided me videos and photos per my request and had it to where it was a fairly effortless deal.

worst truck purchased suspension was very bad i had to

worst truck purchased suspension was very bad i had to drive slow my life was at risk i call they didnt care just say bring it in we would fix it which would take all day they do it so you wont bring it back the truck was very bad engine noise they didnt cover it because i didnt get insurance i was stuck with a broken truck making payments worst dealership i bought a truck at i have receipts they wouldnt pay the amount i pay to fix

Manager told me because I asked him Is it going to be

Manager told me because I asked him Is it going to be worth it to get a ride to bring me cost me 20.00$ to get there They had a lot of my information He could have just looked at that and said no But he tells me that to come there and they would help me get a ride I left there very upset and angry that I even got excited to come there I would not recommend this place to my family maybe my friends
