Ask for Caleb!

I was referred to Caleb and I went into speak with him and he asked me what I was looking for and what was important to me. He didn’t try to sell me anything, he took his queue from what I said and delivered! He was not pushy at all, he didn’t force anything upon me and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He found me exactly what I wanted and worked his butt of to get it done - both Caleb and the finance team. When I came to pick up my vehicle, he cleared his schedule so he could show me all the features of my new SUV and how they work. He also helped me transfer all my belongings from my old car to my new SUV. That was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and as long as Caleb sells Toyota’s, he has a customer for life!

Sales great. Service and management suck

Shawn G... Best sales guy around! However managment and service sucks. Discovered rust.spots.on my brand new ( less than 3k) rav 4 told it was something called.rail dust. Was conned into paint protect by finance manager Lynette. When I purchaced she asked the color.of car. She said it was a good.thing I went with the paint protect because the white cars develop brown spots without it. News flash after.spending 2500 they still.show up. So either the product.doesn't work as claimed.... Or it wasnt applied correctly or not at.all....... This is the defintion of.FRAUD. And if.you complain on facebook..they cant handle it,and delete.the post.

A REFRESHING, EASY EXPERIENCE

A refreshing car buying experience. I hate buying a new car; Having said that, I take it all back with respect only to Smart Toyota. I live in Florida. I wanted a new Highlander-platinum trim; Few dealers are discounting them at all from MSRP...fortunately, I found EXACTLY the vehicle I wanted at Smart Toyota...and Caleb Guyton, head of internet sales, was excellent to work with...I love the retail model of this Dealership...They post a fair price for the car, and they honor it...no bait and switch...it's the real deal...So I bought the vehicle at a reasonable price...here's how the negotiations went...I see the car listed on Cars.com and inquire if that indeed is the price...well, almost....they offered me an additional discount off what was already a better price than I could buy the car for...Me: So what is "E Price" Him: It's my discretion to give you an additional discount....Me: Will you give it to me. Him: Yes. Me: Then I'll buy it...so today I flew to Moline, Caleb picked me up at the airport and within 90 minutes, I was happily driving south. Just terrific service from both Caleb and Lynette in Finance....If you just want to buy a car in a clean deal, don't shop anywhere else....They're da BOMB!

Great Customer Service

I bought a used 2018 Camry and we didn't notice the rock chip in the windshield till we got home which was 75 miles away. Bob Boyer was fantastic in making sure that the issue was resolved. They gave me a loaner car while ours was getting the windshield replaced and then they delivered the car to me so I would not have to take time to travel to pick it up. Highly recommend Smart Toyota.

Made my truck buying experience fast and friendly.
