Excellent time

I was told my service would take about an hour and that's exactly how much tIme it took. The technician eyeballed the number of customers ahead of me and gave me an estimate.

I left a deposit, they sold my vehicle to someone else.

I agreed to purchase a vehicle from Moses Chughtai (Salesperson) yesterday evening and sent him my credit card information for the deposit. Thirty minutes later, I spoke with Yanira Fernandez (Internet Sales Assistant) to confirm my appointment to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning. I mentioned that I already gave the Salesperson my deposit information, but that I wanted to send it to her in order to confirm that everything was in place before buying plane tickets on a flight from Columbia, SC to San Antonio, TX. She confirmed that she received my email, and then I proceeded to purchase the plane ticket and hotel room. ? This morning, at 7:39 AM, I emailed Moses Chughtai, Yanira Fernandez, and Tania Eubanks (General Manager) the same information to follow up with them. A few hours later, the Salesperson informed me that they sold that vehicle to someone else… who had an appointment today at 9:00 AM. ? So now I’m stuck without a vehicle, nonrefundable plane tickets, and a hotel room that I can’t cancel. Your website says that you have “outstanding customer service” but I just don’t see it.

Great service

The service was fast, the employees where friendly and I didn't get any unexpected Bill's. The waiting area was very comfortable and I enjoyed the cafe !

Great Service

The lady processed my Highlander in about 2 minutes on the Lube service side and I was inside drinking coffee in no time at all! They did an inspection of the tire pressures, added air to all of them and sent me on my way feeling very safe. Thank-you for your great service even though I did not pay one cent!

Oil change

I went in for a routine oil change service. Although I didn’t have a appointment i was fit in in a timely manner. Everyone provided friendly & great customer service.

Coupon for Inspections

I made a appointment to have my brakes checked with a coupon I got in my email and it turned up better then I expected went to the plant with low tires and a check maintenance light on and the crew got all this taken care of it was really fast Fred Duron again took good care of my truck and me. I believe the first person to greet me was Martin Flores and he took good care of me thanks .
