This place is garbage. Sold my 20 year old daughter and her bf with no license a car. 5 months later the engine seized up and no longer works. Financed with a 29% interest rate. This is just summing the experience up. They also didn’t even let her pick the car. Granted she did this without my knowledge but taking advantage of kids like this? Pathetic. GARBAGE PLACE.

I tried getting a truck from volunteer and wasn't able to. What my issue with them is that it says in there ad if you don't get approved you get five hundred dollars. Well I didn't drive off with a truck that's not approved yet they calmed I was. Didn't get truck or five hundred dollars. They are misleading and liers.

The salesman was great, listened to my needs. I recommend him finding a more honorable car lot to work for. He is too good for them and they don’t deserve him. Now for the car lot themselves, I do not recommend. My suv broke down within 7 days. Had to pay $130 to get it towed to the closest shop, then when they were informed Monday morning that it was in the shop, they agreed to cover the cost to fix it. Then claimed that they didn’t give the shop permission to fix it, that they would rather tow it 1.5hrs away to fix themselves…. Somehow it’s my fault the shop fixed it after they told them they would cover it? And now will only cover $700 of the $1300 needed to get it out of the shop. They did not stand true to their word and completely lied to my face when they said they take care of their customers. They lied to me when they said they would cover the cost to fix it. I have the messages to prove it. And to top it all off, the “e price” is just $1,000 off, but they acted like it was a “military” discount. No need to lie about a discount.

These are crooked as they come they even put a xxxxxxxx review in my name they took my trade in and the down payment them had my co sign come sign different paperwork do not buy car from thers guys period so the bank is making them buy back the loan because it was a straw deal now they think their not gonna give me my money back Do not deal with these guys

Just got a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from Tavish Rio yesterday. I thought it almost impossible to get a car for a bit. But Tavish on the East Lamar lot got it done. Thanks again. I'm loving it :) I would recommend volunteer auto to anyone. Thanks again !! Couldn't ask for better customer service.
