The workers all seemed very helpful. I hope it stays that way whenever I come in. This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised.

A big thank you to the Abeloff team!
A big thank you to the Abeloff team! My purchase experience was incomparable to any in the past. Eric you are by far levels above other sales representatives I have dealt with. All was well, I even got multiple periodic check ins from team members. Recently I unfortunately ended up catching a nail in my tire. I reached out and was able to drop the car off and have the tire repaired in 45 mins on a Saturday no less. To those considering a change of vehicle I highly recommend this establishment. Special shoutout to Amanda you have been extremely helpful from start to finish. I cannot thank you enough. Thank you Kathryn for setting up my repair in record time.

I had a questionable last service experience which has
I had a questionable last service experience which has now wavered my trust in this dealership as I was informed that I needed a new drive belt as it was worn out (obscure photo of alleged worn belt was attached to service estimate $200 plus to replace) however on my last service visit (oil change) I was also advised of the same worn drive belt and they replaced that belt at that time so it is new and could not be worn out as was reported. When I informed the service adviser of this she acknowledged it being replaced last vist and apologized and said that should have been taken off the estimate. However it was obvious the service tech manually put the repair needed (with obscure photo of alleged worn belt) on the estimate stating it needed replacement now. I no longer can trust this dealership with my car.

We're sorry to read about your recent service experience with us - it's certainly not what we want our customers to go through and lose their trust with our team! Our service manager Matt McDermott has tried to reach you and would love to speak with you about your experience and make sure we address them! He can be reached directly at 570-517-2953 or mmcdermott@abeloff.com. Thank you!
worst experience ever
worst dealership i have ever dealt with. they insulted me with a trade in offer of 7500.00 for a 1 owner diesel pickup with complete maintenance records and low mileage. 1/3 of kbb and edmunds trade in value telling me they have to send it to the auction. last 2 dealerships said the same thing and wow on the lot it sat with a 10k and 14k added price tag and sold in less than a week. beware if you're trading in. than to top it off after the insulting offer on my truck, they would rather lose a sale than work with me over 4k difference on their truck. guess they thought they were gonna get one over on me. not my first rodeo. will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

My issues with Abeloff Nissan stem from their service
My issues with Abeloff Nissan stem from their service department. It has morphed into a real shoddy operation. Has declined over the past 3 years. They need to higher service writers who connect better with their customers and mechanics who take their job seriously and now basic mechanics. Now, this may not apply to all the employees there, but I've had enough of spinning the rullet wheel to see who I end up with. From shorting me a quart of oil in my engine to mis diagnosed repair, where I had to show their mechanics why the diagnosis was wrong and that it was because of a loose bolt on a part that they mis installed the year before, to telling me not to have a Nissan Service Bulletin performed on my 2022 vehicle because it was damaging the vehicle computer. The thing the bulletin was designed by Nissan to reprogram. So all that being said, I no longer go to Ableloff for anything, but instead to Kelly Nissan in Easton. What a massive improvement overall. Kelly Service Dept. 5 Stars.

What an extremely disgraceful business Abeloff has
What an extremely disgraceful business Abeloff has morphed into. We have been loyal customers for over 30 years, purchasing and leasing more vehicles than I can recall and using the service department. We have also recommended the dealership to friends and family over the years. After our latest experience, we will never use them again and recommend everyone make a different choice. Our son leased a Sentra in 2021 and they refused to help us buy out the lease. Their finance guy, Jia Chen, told us it is too complicated to work with customers in NJ. Apparently he doesn't know how to register NJ vehicles anymore. Incompetent or just lazy? They also wanted us to pay for an end of lease inspection that is free from Nissan.

We're very sorry to read your feedback regarding your experience in buying out your lease. We do require customers to have our service department complete an inspection of a vehicle being bought out from a lease due to liability issues that could arise if we don't inspect the vehicles because of th e titling process involved. We apologize if that wasn't fully explained to you. We also have the ability to register and title vehicles in New Jersey as well through a third party company we use so we apologize for any disconnect or confusion that may have taken place for that. If you still haven't completed your lease buyout or have additional questions please reach out to either Nate Fitzgerald or Jeff Wasco at the dealership at 570-517-0200. Thank you for your feedback and we'd love the opportunity to earn your business moving forward!
Nissan provided us with a free inspection at our home at our convenience. There was no confusion on our part about the registration. Mr. Chen told us in very plain language that the new process was too complicated and they couldn't do it. He clearly couldn't be bothered spending the time to complete the lease buyout because it wouldn't be lucrative enough.
Nissan will inspect lease returns for customers as you all were aware and sounds like utilized - however that inspection does not cover all items required for a PA State safety inspection that we do at the dealership for any/all safety and liability reasons. We're sorry that wasn't fully explained to you and that Jia wasn't more proactive to figure out a solution to get the vehicle registered and titled in New Jersey.
The Worst
Bought a new Kia Sportage. Rear seats were cut with razor blade. Probably when they removed the plastic. They refused to acknowledge responsibility. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!
