Shawn was great to work with and spent a lot of time reviewing the vehicle and options with me and my son. He was easy to work with and very helpful with the whole process without any pressure.

After a horrible experience with a nother dealership greg was great from start to end. He was straight to the point and had an awesome attitude.

This portion of the review is the worse part of the entire purchasing experience. I enjoyed meeting the staff at the dealership. I will be taking my car for service there.

Every member of the staff at the Annapolis Hyundai dealership was awesome to work with. This is especially true for Shawn Lagundo, who one of the most pleasant, helpful, and professional men I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. This was my first vehicle purchase and he made everything so easy - and he made sure I understood and was happy with every aspect of the purchase. I will certainly recommend him and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Every time I try to call for service, I get voicemail instructing me to request a call back or make my appointment online. I usually want to discuss my service issue with someone, but that is almost never possible. I recently left a call back message AND an email request for a callback and NEVER HEARD A WORD...NOTHING. Although I bring my Hyundai Sonata to them regularly for service, I do not feel that they really want my business. If they did, they would have a HUMAN answer the phone and they would return my calls.

Shawn and Mike work exceptionally well as a team. They were patient, knowledgeable, and caring. I did not feel pressured buying the vehicle. They made sure I got what I needed for my vehicle. Because of their friendliness, I felt like I have known them for a long time.
