Every member of the staff at the Annapolis Hyundai dealership was awesome to work with. This is especially true for Shawn Lagundo, who one of the most pleasant, helpful, and professional men I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. This was my first vehicle purchase and he made everything so easy - and he made sure I understood and was happy with every aspect of the purchase. I will certainly recommend him and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

ALMOST NEVER TALK TO A PERSON
Every time I try to call for service, I get voicemail instructing me to request a call back or make my appointment online. I usually want to discuss my service issue with someone, but that is almost never possible. I recently left a call back message AND an email request for a callback and NEVER HEARD A WORD...NOTHING. Although I bring my Hyundai Sonata to them regularly for service, I do not feel that they really want my business. If they did, they would have a HUMAN answer the phone and they would return my calls.

New car purchase
I found the Annapolis Hyundai team to be very professionally and easy to work with. I was moving from a lease to a buy and all my questions were answered. They worked to find the car and color I wanted in the local area. There service department was very good with my leased Hyundai over the years. This made me feel completely All and all a pleasurable and comfortable experience with the dealership. Paul Brookman couldn't have done more to help me with purchasing a new car, and Kenny Purtsley worked the numbers to make it happen.
