Had to replace my sunroof as my cats tore into the rubber

Had to replace my sunroof as my cats tore into the rubber weather stripping. Carson was extremely helpful and professional. He made me aware of your 3 month same as cash service which I used. It gave me the breathing room I needed to tackle some other projects. Thanks Carson.

Joann in the service department was excellent!

Joann in the service department was excellent! My 2015 Honda Accord needed a large service and she provided frequent communication through the duration and did a great job being very helpful! Best service hands down!

Wasn’t able to drive down the hill to service my Acura so

Wasn’t able to drive down the hill to service my Acura so I took it in to Valley Hi. Carson was my service advisor and from start to finish he did an amazing job. Beyond happy with his professionalism and his kindness.

Went for an oil change / tire rotation jan 11 /2025 which

Went for an oil change / tire rotation jan 11 /2025 which the tire rotation did not happened but was charged, now I need to go back tomorrow Tuesday jan 14/2025 for the rotation .. is like 20 minutes away from my house... time,gas, wasted when it could have done, right the first time correct..omg

Great and friendly service.

Great and friendly service. Enjoyed complimentary hot chocolate while we waited. Maintenance was performed in a proficient and timely manner.
