We have purchased several vehicles from Jensen's. Three Mazdas, two pickups, a Volkswagon and now a Subaru. Wanda helped us with all of them except the pickups. She went above and beyond helping us get what we wanted. Then explaining all the bells and whistles that each vehicle had. This Subaru has many features that Wanda patiently explained to us. She is the best in our book!

Bought a 2022 Legacy Premium directly from the plant in Indiana in route to Sioux City. Carrie Ann sales consultant did a great job to keep us updated on delivering time line. When vehicle came in, the whole process was streamlined by Carrie Ann and Matt, Finance officer. They were both very friendly and professional. Very good experience. Definitely would recommend dealership to other people looking for a professional car buying process

I went in just to look at the options for a Subaru Outback. Dustin, the sales representative, was fantastic. He was able to answer all the questions that I had. I visited Jensen Imports just look around. Even though I was considering a new vehicle in the near future, I had no intentions of buying one today. I had worked with Robert Klein a few months previous on the purchase of a new 2020 Cross Trek for my son, then another agent after that for a new 2020 Legacy for my other son, and thought I would just inquire about a new vehicle for me. Robert was available and he patiently worked with me for a few hours showing and talking to me about the line up of vehicles. I test drove an Outback, talked about and walked around and climbed in a few other vehicles. I liked the Outback, but it wasn't available with the perfect options, nor the color I thought I wanted. Robert informed me that they could get me the model w/options, and the color I wanted in a few days, so I pondered this decision for awhile while I began to look around the showroom and lot again. A little while later, I saw Robert talking to Mr. Jensen, then ran out the door, and about five minutes later pulled up another Outback, and it was almost perfect. We then talked about trading in my vehicle and I was offered a very nice value. After a few more minutes of discussion/options, and me calling my insurance company, we had a deal. I drove off the lot in my very nice 2021 Subaru Outback. I want to give a shout out to Robert Klein, Mr. Jensen, and the entire team at Jensen's Imports, Thanks.

I'm really enjoying the Subaru Ascent. High quality SUV with plenty of room. Highly recommend. Low interest rates available. All staff were very friendly and professional. If you don't have a ride to come get your purchased vehicle, they will come get you.
