Tropical Auto Sales

They ripped me off. Sold me a car that died within 50 miles. They had it towed and "checked out" said nothing was wrong. I Had to replace transmission and air conditioning. They suck and were unhelpful. Cost twice as much as I paid for the car in the first place.

Awesome 5stars everyone was super sweet especially the owner and Fab! The financing was exceptional the service great everyone treated us like family. The selection of cars are outstanding I really really enjoyed my experience. This will be my forever place to shop for all of my car buying needs. They weren't pushy or rude. They stayed after hours to assist my husband and I. I'm thankful first to God then to the entire staff that assisted us with our process. Stop by I'm certain you won't be disappointed. I was really surprised by one of the negative reviews that I read all I will say is if those issues or concerns were brought to any member of the staff it would have been handled professionally. Stop by and encounter the warm welcoming experience of Tropical doing everything to ensure they meet and beat exceptional customer service. We absolutely love our new wheels.

Bought the Jeep and 3 days later it over heated, they took care of the repairs and even gave me a loaner even though I purchased it as is. Problem is, when I tried to refinance the loan 3 months later, I was told it was worth $4000 less then what I paid. They took advantage of me and that's just not right. I expected them to make a profit, that's what they're in business for. Just not that much. I will never go back there again. Side note, the Jeep I bought has had multiple problems since, witch I have had repaired at considerable expense.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service, a quality vehicle, and such great people!!! I had been searching for a new, used car to be my commuter vehicle to Orlando from the east coast of Florida. I went to dealerships from the west coast of Florida to the east coast of Florida trying to find that right vehicle. I was only interested in finding a Honda Fit Sport. After many test drives and disappointments, I finally found a 2010 Fit at Tropical Auto Sales. After looking on their site, I noticed the quality of the vehicles they had listed (e.g. Jaguars, BMWs, etc...). I called and spoke with Anthony, General Manager, and asked why they would have a Honda Fit on their lot with the much higher end vehicles? Anthony was very clear that he and his team are focused on QUALITY vehicles only with lower miles. They do not sell anything but great cars to their customers. They even did a personal video of the vehicle and sent it to me via text - thank you Tommy!!! After a meeting discussing the details of the Honda Fit, and getting my wife's approval :-), I was ready to buy. Only problem I had was that I was 2 hours north of their location. Without hesitating, Anthony said they would deliver it to my home - no additional cost. So, on July the 5th, during a very busy car-selling holiday weekend, Tommy and Butch arrived on time, as promised, and delivered me the PERFECT car!! Thank you to the Tropical Auto Sales team!!!! I WILL buy another car from you!

Most recently, I drove up to a delightful car dealership; namely, Tropical Auto Sales. Upon arrival, one of the nicest sales representatives—Frank—came out and took the time to inquire about my interest and then offered a test drive. While test-driving the car of choice, Frank provided answers to my numerous questions and gave an abundance of great TIPS and was as honest, as ever. Additionally, if you’re looking for a great buying experience and won’t mind enjoying some comedic entertainment by a natural born comedian, who reminds me of Jackie Gleason, you should definitely consider purchasing your next automobile from Tropical Auto Sales. The Team—Jennifer, Doug, Tommy, Butch, and Frank—work well together. It’s a company doing business as it should be done. It’s one of the best…. No. I stand corrected. It is the best car-buying experience I have had. Thus, the reason I enthusiastically and highly recommend Tropical Auto Sales!

the customer service that started out in the lot and ended with the lady in thr vusiness office for financing was most pleasant . I would honetly do business with JJ again. I told him my circumstances , I was in recovery at the time I met JJ , he took good care of me and understood my needs. he did NOT push me or take advantage , I felt as though he treated me very fairly.
