My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in

My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in for the previous week. I was panicking because I was due to go out of town for my niece’s wedding the next day. They had me bring my car in, but the service department was totally booked, and there was no way they could diagnose and fix it in time. Eric got me set up with a loaner, and I won’t miss my niece’s wedding. Mazda of Everett went above and beyond to make it right. They are a small dealership, but they are mighty!!!!! My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in

My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in for the previous week. I was panicking because I was due to go out of town for my niece’s wedding the next day. They had me bring my car in, but the service department was totally booked, and there was no way they could diagnose and fix it in time. Eric got me set up with a loaner, and I won’t miss my niece’s wedding. Mazda of Everett went above and beyond to make it right. They are a small dealership, but they are mighty!!!!! **Edit: After working with Bebs and Service they gave me

**Edit: After working with Bebs and Service they gave me a loaner and offered to fix the vehicle. The service department was super helpful and Bebs and the service manager helped to rectify the situation. They were attentive and and understood my concerns. I appreciate that they were willing to help Went in to purchase a Mazda6 this last weekend. Took delivery of the vehicle, after a couple days of days I went to wash the car by hand and noticed that a full piece of trim just isn’t even installed on car. Upon further inspection, the car was also missing its spare tire jack. After speaking with the dealership and they acknowledged they didn’t even notice that the trim was missing. Makes me feel unsafe to drive the vehicle as I wonder what else they missed on the car. They want to charge upwards of 300$ for the piece of the skirt that was clearly missed when they inspected the car. I guess selling a whole car isn’t profitable so they sell it in pieces. Really disappointed in my experience with this dealership.

Review for service not for sale Very bad very horrible customer service Now if you want make appointment for oil change, need drop off your car, don’t have courtesy loan car or you can’t wait You need to go home and my experience today is more horrible Yesterday i dropped off my car, they promise my car will het appointment today at 7 AM, i just waiting no call from them until noon, I called them, they said my car will done before 5PM, and I waited until 2:30pm still don’t have called from them, i called them, they said my car already done 2nd when I dropped off my car i put coupon for oil change ($89.99) But they ignored my coupon, i still need paid for $115 This is really horrible customer service from Mazda of Everett

What a friendly environment with a host of helpful staff

What a friendly environment with a host of helpful staff to assist you with a purchase! We worked with Joe Garcia, Sales Manager, who was amazing to work with. Very low key and up front. He went above and beyond to make it a great car buying experience. Over many years of car shopping I've had only a very few dealers that I'd recommend. But at Mazda of Everett I'd have a very hard time finding something that could be improved. Everything and everybody was outstanding including Adam of the Finance department who helped locate a lower interest rate on the loan that had been already approved by my bank.

Very helpful and kind always.

I have been coming to the dealership for about 15 years now. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is nice with free coffee. I will continue with Mazda of Everett.

Honesty & Integrity!

Mazda of Everett dealership was easy to find. It has great space and is very clean. I have to do a shoutout to Frank Weiss & Adam in financing! Frank's customer service and ability to keep in touch and follow up is a treasured trait. He was upfront and transparent with the build and deliver of my car. He ensured everything I wanted was on my car! Frank found that my lug nuts had not been changed to the black ones and made sure those were on before I drove away. Frank took the time and went over every single feature of the care and even programmed my seat during the inspection. Because of Frank and this car buying experience it has forever changed the way I will buy a car in the future. Working with Adam in financing was a breeze and zero pressure to purchase add ons. Upon processing the contact I paid exactly what Frank quoted me prior to my arrival. The most amazing thing is there was zero dealer hidden fees! I did not have to haggle and ask to have something removed. I can't say enough about my entire experience from beginning to end.
