I had a great experience at Crestmont Hyundai with my Santa Fe purchase. I had already done my research so the process was easy. I called Joe just when they had opened on a Saturday morning. He understood my needs and kept the car ready when we arrived after a nearly 2-1/2 hour drive from Michigan. A quick drive around the block and we ( wife and I ) were satisfied. I traded in a Sonata. All documents were processed pretty efficiently by the dealer. We left home in the afternoon a satisfied customer.

David in Service was ready for us when we got there for scheduled visit. Original car salesman (Zack) came out to say hello while we were waiting in the service lounge. Staff is friendly and place is clean.
