Sold me a car with a bad wheel barring, but I guess they

Sold me a car with a bad wheel barring, but I guess they hoped someone would just think it was the "sporty" stock exhaust. When you take a test drive, drive it right in for an oil change at a decent place and ask for the 18 point inspection, make the salesmen wait in the lobby with you. Spend you're own money for it, because if you really want that car from this place, know what you're getting.

Just bought a car on 05/02/2025 had to put in service and

Just bought a car on 05/02/2025 had to put in service and had to pay $592.00 and tried to get them to pay half of the bill and they told me that they would not go forward with reimbursement!Terrible customer service!I will not never recommend them to anyone else PERIOD!!!And this is the second time I’ve bought a Car from them.The first time was a charm!Second time they slapped me in the face with a BRICK

I did my deal as an internet purchase from Columbus as i

I did my deal as an internet purchase from Columbus as i doing yard work within 20 minutes Peter called me with the good news I am now going to be the owner of a 2017 gt mustang, Peter made the deal smooth, it was purchased on Saturday and received the car on Tuesday and stayed in touch, I want to think Peter and the finance staff easiest purchase. The 2 vehicles I drove 3.

The 2 vehicles I drove 3.5 hours for (with an intent to purchase), and after multiple email exchanges on when I'd arrive, were not on the lot. In addition, one of the vehicle's location was unknown by the dealership. Theother was in the shop for a timing chain. Poor experience overall and wouldn't waste time with them. I ended up driving to Columbus and purchasing a vehicle the same day.

I honestly do not even know where to begin with this

I honestly do not even know where to begin with this place is so crooked and out of line it’s not even funny and they should not be in business. On august 31 2024 my fiancé and I headed to prestige auto mall to purchase a 2013 ford f150. I do not have the best of credit so I needed a co sign for the truck loan. My fiancé willingly co signed for the truck. Meanwhile halfway through signing all of the paper work I caught them in their first act that they had switched her to main buyer and myself to the co buyer. They said we could not undo what we had already started to sign and they’d just have to fix the paper work. They promised our paper work right away but we never recieved any paper work for months. Prior to recieving the paper work we had got a phone call saying we needed to pay the title transfer fee. Which was a complete lie as that is all handled the day of the closing. Fast forward to February 13 2025, my truck motor blew up on me. I took the truck to a local reputable dealership here in Erie pa. Come to find out prestige had withheld carfax info about the truck there is magically 1 whole page of information of work being done to the truck that is missing. Also come to find out they sold me the truck with a bad cylinder head to begin with. I did purchase their integrity silver extended warranty. They sent an adjuster and the adjuster agreed this problem needed to be fixed and covered. A couple of days go by and the shotty warranty company comes back stating one of the parts, that is completely internal and can’t be seen, isn’t on the warranty so they denied the claim. It is all part of the internally lubricated motor and should rightfully be covered. I have spoke with several warranty companies and ford dealerships and they ALL would have taken care of the issue no questions asked especially with the purchase of the extended warranty. Crooked dealership selling Jenky warranties. This is why you buy warranties to protect you in an emergency situation. The dealership nor their warranty company honor anything. This is prestige last chance to do what’s right before legal action is taken.

made a deal, paid over phone, w good faith they would do all things agreed upon and when we got car, not ONE thing was done! Called multiple times daily, kept getting the run around, no one would help us, no one would work w us to remedy it. I had proof from email what we agreed upon and no manager would call us back after they would say they’d look into it and get back with us. Do not buy without things being done first. THEY JUST LIE OVER AND OVER, ALL OF THEM - sales guy and several managers.

This place has caused me nothing but problems and

This place has caused me nothing but problems and headaches! I would not recommend! Purchased a vehicle and the vehicle was taken back to their service dept 3x and the problem still wasn’t fixed. Then I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for repairs that was already agreed to be fixed prior! Also they screen calls( Jeff, Spence) and will instruct employees (Emily) not to speak with customers regarding past promised repairs! Read their yelp reviews. Also they have a track record of lying on recorded lines.

Need to be zero.. I recently Visit Prestige Auto Mall and was thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received. The salesperson Jemar and manager Tyler and other manager seemed more interested in pushing me to agree to a number than in showing me the car underneath when we ask or addressing my concerns. When I asked to see the car's under, I was met with resistance and told that we have to agree with number in order for him to show us the car underneath when we asked. . The salesperson didn't even bother to accompany me on the test drive, which left me feeling ignored and unvalued. Prestige hit the worst cold sales and manager experience, Do Not go to dealership , I told the manager that we need to see the car underneath and he response was the only has 5 bay and I told him he could just had a jack and have one of his mechanic to lift the car up but oh course he want to run our credit first . I am so disappointed with this dealership. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and dismissive when I expressed my dissatisfaction. It's clear that this dealership prioritizes making a sale over providing good customer service. I would not recommend Prestige Auto Mall to anyone. There are plenty of other dealerships that will treat you with respect and honesty. Customer comes first … Now I see why they have bad reviews . Do not come here please .Do not waste your time time
