Jakob, my service representative, was very efficient,

Jakob, my service representative, was very efficient, helpful, and professional, and the work was performed within my specified time window. The only thing that turned me off about this dealership was sitting in the waiting area about 7:45 am, drinking my coffee, and hearing the F-bomb being dropped on some song that was playing in the overhead speakers. Really, Bobby Howard Hyundai? Do better.

They are very friendly and helpful.

They are very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy haven’t dealt with the parts department but the service department is great. They don’t try to push you into anything that you don’t need

The whole experience was exceptional from the salesman

The whole experience was exceptional from the salesman personally coming to my home to pick me up so that I would not have to leave my old car there to negotiating the deal was a wonderful process. Normally buying a car is usually a horrible experience for me but in this case the opposite was true! I love my car and got a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty for an extremely fair price! I will go there again!

Was satisfied with the services requested & the advisor

Was satisfied with the services requested & the advisor that helped us. Was not pleased that the previous advisor & corporate have not followed thru with an answer to the cracked tail lites on both sides that were not our fault- was on car when purchased. This has been going on since 11/23. We were never contacted with any kind of answer.

Every time I have taken my car in for service or this for a part replacement, the wait has not been as long as anticipated. They are fast, efficient, and courteous. Everyone that I dealt with today was so nice.
