My daughter and granddaughter were headed from OKC to

My daughter and granddaughter were headed from OKC to Tulsa and the car was making a whining noise. They were able to stop at the dealership and luckily an appointment was available 15 minutes later. They figured out the issue and due to the time it needed to be finished the next day. I appreciate that the helped so quickly.

I had an excellent experience from buying the car to having it serviced! Everyone was very friendly and transparent throughout the buying process. I was able to find a car within my budget and that met my needs, and that meant the world to me!

Had to bring my car in for service and the manager who

Had to bring my car in for service and the manager who took care of me was super friendly and helpful. I ended up needing a new engine. They honestly got it ordered and fixed so fast I was amazed. I will and have been recommending them to friends and family.

Customer service has declined at this dealership.

Customer service has declined at this dealership. Not like the old one near Hibdons. The customer mattered. I am looking at a new vehicle due to mileage on this one. Odds are it will not be a Hyundai. Too much went wrong on this visit and Im not going to list it all but managers need to review the quality. Work on vehicle was great. The techs did a good job. Car wasn't ready when promised but that was due to the wrong parts being sent nothing to do with svc rep or techs. Had to find a ride to work. Thank God for friends.

The scheduling, drop off and ride share to work went

The scheduling, drop off and ride share to work went perfectly. I did not get any updates during the full 8 hour work day. I was told ride share had to be initiated by 4 pm due to the rates, was understandable and thankfully I could accommodate a leave early but not everyone can. The issue was during that 8 hour time I was told that someone would reach out to me at 4 concerning a ride share, no one did, which would normally be okay but I was worried about calling after 4 if no one contacted me and perhaps not been able to initiate a ride share. I called at 4:01 and following the prints to service it range for what felt like 10 mins. Because I was at work. Not paying attention to the time. I finally hung up. Called back. Took till 4:15 to get customer service to answer. She put me on hold for 5 mind and transferred me to service. My service agent answered and said he was busy which again I fully understand. Nothing was said about reaching him after 4 and the ride where so I left it be and was happy to get a ride to the dealership by 4:30. Pick up was quick. Jakob was kind and explained everything clearly when I arrived. Just wished I had been updated at least once but also been made aware that it?s best if the customer initiated the ask for a ride share. Just caused me stress but ultimately I had a good experience. Just stinks I have to return due to another issue that was found and covered by warranty. Just have to wait for the part to come in and then do the ride share all over again.

Salesman was knowledgeable.

Salesman was knowledgeable. Worked with us to get a good deal. Hyundai finance options are horrible, high apr even with excellent credit. Finance man acknowledged this issue.

Pleasant and fast.

Pleasant and fast. Sales manager was able to work the deal so we got almost exactly everything we wanted. I hope customer service is as well ran moving forward.

My friend who has purchased at least 7 cars here, brought me in to meet the salesman she and her husband have dealt with. I didn?t know what kind of car I wanted. He showed me several, and I fell in love with a loaded Hyundai Santa Fe. Ross was not the usual high-pressure salesman. He was very pleasant to work with. I went through my credit union to purchase, so I can?t speak to the buying process. I have been very pleased with my service.
