Nor Cal Motor Company

I came to NorCal looking for new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. I met with Rick and he spent time with me talking about what I was looking for and suggested the Nitto Ridge Grappler. It has been a great tire and I was very happy with the service and product. Later that same month, after a bad experience with a Jeep dealership in town, I decided to take my Jeep back to Rick in hopes of getting the same great service I got the first time and I was not disappointed. He came right out and took a look at the issue that the dealership couldn?t find and said he could get me right in and get it evaluated, now that?s good service. We talked about options on getting it fixed, the cost and time it would take to repair it. Rick was friendly, professional, and very easy to do business with. My repairs were done properly and I am again very happy with the service and work done. The shop was clean, organized and I would definitely recommend NorCal Motor Company.

We are so grateful that our search for a Diesel Truck led us to Rick and Nor * Cal Motors, Auburn! From our first phone call to today, our experience with Rick and the Nor * Cal staff of professionals has exceeded our expectations. After looking at several trucks, it was so refreshing to meet Rick, he is straight forward, honest and a no pressure guy! We found the perfect Ford, F350 diesel for us. There were a few things that needed to be done to the truck so it was about a week before we could pick it up. It also happen to be my husband?s birthday, so during that week I got with Rick and had him install a Flip Back bed cover as a Birthday surprise. When we picked up the truck, Larry was going over everything with Rick and it took him a few minutes to realize there was a bed cover on the truck, when he discovered it, the look on his face was priceless. THANK YOU RICK, I cannot tell you how hard it is to surprise my husband! You not only did everything you told us you would do, but you did some additional things to the truck! The Birthday Surprise was excellent?. It?s been a couple months now, we love the truck, it pulls our 32?, 5th wheel very nicely and now Larry can unhook and leave the hitch in the bed, he can pull the bed cover over it and you don?t even know the hitch is there. With our old truck he had to remove the hitch each time and it was a lot of extra work. We cannot say enough good things about Rick and the Nor * Cal, Auburn staff. They just tinted the windows in my car and they look great! If you are looking for a professional, hassle free experience that delivers a high quality product then you have found it?. Would I make the 500+mile drive from San Clemente to Auburn to purchase another vehicle from Nor Cal Motor Company? Absolutely! I just purcahsed a used Jeep Wrangler and the enitre expierience was enjoyable and easy. The staff at Nor Cal is great. They are attentive and extremely helpful from start to finishing including helping me load the Jeep on a trailer and get back on the road home. A special thanks to Rick who was absolutley great to work with!

I highly recommend this dealership. By far the best quality trucks around, Justin is a great guy and treated my wife and kids like family.

I came from Reno to buy here...from the first phone call Taylor was courteous and helpful with all my questions, getting me info I wanted, pictures, etc. When I got there the car was in perfect condition, everything I wanted. There was no hassle, no pressure, and no false advertising as I experienced elsewhere. I felt very comfortable that I was getting a fair deal and they made it super fast and painless. Thanks guys!
