Ernie helped us with a recall and a scuffed tire rim

Ernie helped us with a recall and a scuffed tire rim repair. Amazing customer service and overall great person to work with! The tire rim came out looking like new so whoever did that has impeccable skills as well!

Dawn was very helpful and informative.

Dawn was very helpful and informative. The tech guys was very friendly upon arrival to service my vehicle. The Lobby waiting area was very clean and equipped with things to keep us busy while waiting on my vehicle.

Mini Cooper is wonderful dealership to buy a car,

Mini Cooper is wonderful dealership to buy a car, salesman, Chris Uhres, and my service advisor, Dawn. This is my second Mini five years and I love the new safety features on my 2024 model. I am treated like a VIP every time I am in the dealership and this is much appreciated as I am only a senior lady who appreciates what this dealership has done for me - MANY THANKS

Good service and friendly personnel.

Good service and friendly personnel. Helped me with my Vehicle Maintenance Plan when no one would or could. Dawn, Ernesto and David assisted me. All I needed was an oil change and had been to four other service centers. Apparently I needed to be at an Auto Nation facility to honor the maintenance plan from Assurant that I purchased when I bought my car from Auto Nation USA. It was a very frustrating and time consuming process until I was advised to try Mini of Las Vegas. They honored the policy and even washed my car. This is how companies should run their businesses. I want to add that the long wait time had to do with Assurant needing to OK the service and not Mini's fault. I had been to two different Pep Boys and they both told me it would be a three hour wait due to Assurant's procedure of getting an authorization for the prepaid service I purchased.

Apparently, 2024 Mini's in America cannot have Android

Apparently, 2024 Mini's in America cannot have Android Auto as a feature. Sales told me it would be a featured offered in the new updated MiniOS9. After a year and a half later, my Mini still does not have this very simple feature in a brand-new-car. According to corporate, the cars computer would need completely replaced, so Mini is either: selling cars with obsolete systems in them OR the entire company has no communications and is at the expense of the client/car owner.

Absolute joke of customer service, communication, and

Absolute joke of customer service, communication, and organizational functions. BMW/Mini corporate relies on their dealerships to handle every problem. If they can't, then you are SOL or driving to San Bernardino, the nearest alternative dealership. On top of no communications, my car has been returned to me numerous times with the same problem clearly present. Did they not even look at it because if they did, then it shouldn't be there anymore. At this rate, I don't have much expectations for Mini other than to stick to what's legally obligated of them. The hours I have spent attempting to resolve this is not acceptable, especially when I am the customer/car owner here... As a fist (and now certainly one) time Mini owner, I find it extremely disappointing, frustrating, and neglectful. It's been a year and a half of absolute xx. DO NOT BUY A MINI - WILL GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT REGRET.

I would not buy a car anywhere else.

I would not buy a car anywhere else. This is my second car from AutoNation mini. Everyone is so personable and makes the whole process extremely comfortable and easy.
