I reached out to this dealer on 4 different occasions. I never once received a call back. Finally I called and was told the truck sold the prior day and websites don’t update for 24 hours. No problem, I just missed out, or did I? Last I looked, 10 days later, the truck was still listed on the dealer site and two other platforms.

The Body Shop at Prothro GMC, specifically Andrew Stone, was very courteous, polite and friendly and they did an excellent job on repairing my Terrain!

Saw a used 2013 GMC truck online and called on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 , just before closing). Thad Kennedy answered the phone and gave me a COMPLETE run down on the vehicle. It was very refreshing to speak with a car salesman that seemed to be up front and honest. The dealership was open Saturday from 8:00-12:00 so I told him I would see him then. We drove from Charleston, SC to Manning and were treated like family. No pressure and very informative as to the history and condition of vehicle. When we sat down to purchase, there was not alot of standard back and forth as we already had our information ready and agreed to a fair price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to see Thad for your next GMC, Chevrolet or Buick. We may even trade in our current Buick with him as he has won our trust!

Brought truck for diagnosis. Was misdiagnosed, insisted NEW fuel pump was ban and if it infact was then their replacement ($830 later) should have fixed it. They bad mouthed my mechanic stated it was wired wrong. Again, their repair should have fixed it then. Was towed back from them 3 months they had it with still the same NO START electrical issue. R&R Automotive fixed it! A fuse, new xxx wire from BCM to Fuse box and new battery as computer tested it as weak so even though cranking, battery too weak. So A wire A fuse and Battery. Complained to Mr Prothro about this as well as how obnoxious Mr Epps is. Per Mr Prothro he states Mr Epps in "CONTACEROUS" and I guess that's part of the job description as he okay with it. BEWARE
