Motor Cafe is a fantastic dealership

Nice people, helpful after the purchase

I purchased the vehicle after the test drive and some negotiations. There was not a DVD for the navigation system so I had to purchase one later only to find out that it doesn't work. I called back and talked with Todd and they are going to fix it. They have a lot going on with the fire that happened and yet they still have managed to keep the customer happy so far. So hopefully in a week I will have my nav working!!!!

Great Service!

Hi Annie & Tim, I want to thank you (and also Jason) for fixing my car. It has made that obnoxious clunking noise since I bought it, and it has continually gotten worse over the years. I cannot tell you how nice it is to ride in it now, I'm still marveling about all the times that I say to myself, something is wrong, and actually, it's the noise that is gone! I love my car. It's nice to have someplace to bring it to be fixed where you actually trust the people working on it! Your shop is so cute too. Great experience over all :) Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Great Service!

Good people.Very nice sales staff, but,,,,,,,

Had some major work done and paid extra for a warranty, Within 6 weeks, this repaired part completely failed. Many calls and e mails sent to dealer as this was under "warranty". Received no answer back. Had vehicle fixed again, by someone else, was told the service done at Motor Cafe was not done correctly., thus the failure, The sales staff seem like nice people, but I am a retiree and live on a fixed income.The lack of response really was a financial burden. When I bought the car, Gary told me the only thing that did not work was the A/C. After I plugged it in, it works fine,

my car has never run better

Thanks to the amazing work by Jason my car is running smoother than ever. We have had many problems with this car but Jason has always been the one to figure it out.

They are NICE!!

I actually enjoyed meeting Tim, Anne and Todd. Todd was most helpful and I am very glad to be able to recommend Motor Cafe. The 2004 Chrysler Sebring I purchased is a fine car. I am very happy with the price and the quality. Todd was also very helpful with my trade. I would not hesitate to buy another car from these good people. They are nice!

USED VEHICLE SHOPPING

I looked online first at their inventory and the prices were reasonable. I test drove an older model VW wagon. For the price it was decent. I liked that it was a small town dealer. It feels much more personable. However, I did not get very far in the process, because I ended up buying my parents car. But, if I were looking for a car again, I would definitely check them out.

WORST 1st car buying experience EVER

I had been looking around to buy my 1st car. This should be a great life experience and it was completely ruined for me when I went to buy my 2005 Volkswagen Jetta. First off I went to look at this car after I found it here on cars.com and I went to turn it on and the engine light was on. I was a little sad knowing this because it clearly had something wrong with it. I told Tim I wasn't going to be purchasing this car if it had the engine light on. That's a no brainier! Tim said it was a simple fix and it would be taken care of by the time I came back with the payment. I had taken the car a few days later and about a week after I purchased it the check engine light had came back on. Turns out they cleared the cars codes just to make the light go away when I went to buy it instead of replacing it like they said they would.
