Horrible.

Horrible. They’ll call you 15 times a day with the same info without getting any insight into your life or trying to figure out where you’re coming from. Lots of pressure to buy immediately. I went to go pick up my car after an inspection came back clean— it didn’t start in the parking lot. I notified them, and they refused to acknowledge that it was not delivered in working condition. It was later proven by my mechanic that they had sold me an unsafe vehicle that accelerates at random. There is no accountability, no good will. You’ll be gaslit by the salespeople and their managers with statements like, “we’ve worked here 40 years and done 40 million in honest sales.” What they really mean is they’ve spent 40 years ripping hard working people off.

Sold me a lemon.

Sold me a lemon. Reported it the next day, they told me they'd pay for mechanic diagnosis, then just never answer the phone. Dont trust them, very used car salesman. During the sale we had a written deal, which they later increased. Now I'm thousands of dollar in the hole cause of their incompetence and immoral business practices.

I recently purchased a 2020 Tesla Model Y from First National Auto, and I’m very pleased with the experience. Jensen was my salesperson, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was honest, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. The dealership was professional, and I never felt pressured at any point. I would definitely recommend First National Auto—and especially Jensen—to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Great service and a great car!
