They put new tires on was $20 per tire since we have done

They put new tires on was $20 per tire since we have done all the maintenance with them but my rims are scratched. Over all good service they vacum and wash your car too.

We have been buying and servicing our vehicles at KIA Autosport of Columbus for more than 15 years. Every experience has been terrific, including this service appointment. Everyone is great: the greeter, service advisors and the general manager who was very helpful.

I can’t thank Kia Autosport Columbus enough!

I can’t thank Kia Autosport Columbus enough! After years of frustration at two other dealers who couldn’t figure out my car’s issue since 2022, the service tech here recognized the problem from just a photo. His expertise, paired with Melanie’s excellent communication and patience in handling my calls and emails, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They set realistic expectations, worked quickly toward a true solution, and gave me confidence that—even if the first suspicion wasn’t correct—they’d keep working until my car was fixed. Thankfully, their suspicion was indeed correct and the car is running great now, and I avoided being stuck in a rental for 4+ weeks like the other dealers quoted me. The experience at Kia Autosport Columbus was night-and-day compared to anywhere else and absolutely worth the 1.5 hour drive I made. I’ll never take my car anywhere else. They’ve truly earned my trust and loyalty.

Went in for yearly maintenance.Mr.Scott Boyle was my service department rep.Very nice young man,had and unexpected cost, but he explained everything to me.This was my first time meeting him in, the five years I have been going there.A very respectful young man, with a likeable attitude.He's an access to the service department.❤️ Thanks KIA ‼️
