If you need a car get with Ryan Good.

If you need a car get with Ryan Good. He made this the easiest car buying experience I've had. There was zero pressure and no up-charging for things I didn't want or need. I've gone to the other dealerships in San Angelo, Lubbock, and DFW, and this was hands down the most professional and friendly dealership I've dealt with.

It's pretty easy to get great service from a dealership

It's pretty easy to get great service from a dealership when you're spending a lot of money but what sets good ones apart is when you're not there to buy the most expensive vehicle on the lot and they still treat you great. Anthony Diaz and his manager Jimmy Trejo both took care to really find what we needed within what we were trying to spend. We really had a great buying experience with none of the normal "keep you there for hours wearing you down" as with other dealerships I've dealt with. Found a car that fit our situation, negotiated a price literally in minutes, signed the paperwork and out the door. They also seemed genuinely appreciative that we chose to shop there. I really cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle because they will treat you right! Thank y'all so much!!

This was our second experience with Car Town. John was an absolute pleasure to work with. Great experience, no pressure to make decisions. I highly recommend Car Town & John specifically. Made finding a vehicle for our family not a task, but a blast! Their service department also took care of us when a warranty item arose for a different vehicle. A+

Enjoyed working with John Nieto, our excellent

Enjoyed working with John Nieto, our excellent salesperson. The car arrived in good but not outstanding condition but the team at Car Town Hyundai took the appropriate steps to make things right and we really appreciate that.

Although you are in the midst of major upgrades, my

Although you are in the midst of major upgrades, my experience was very unpleasant! First, I was given a 2 hour estimate for completion, but actual time was almost 4 hours, without the benefit of any updates as to why it was taking so much longer. The temporary waiting area had multiple issues: 1). Almost a half block walk from service entry (and I am handicapped), 2) Crowded 3). Cold, multiple doors and cold wind via a frequently opening door, 4). Break facilities so employees were frequently in and out an already crowded room, 5). Phone personnel were constantly on the telephone (on speaker phone) so very noisy, 6). Customers in waiting area carried on multiple telephone conversations (also using Speakerphones) so it was nothing but constant chaos, 7). After being there for almost 4 hours, within 15 minutes of finally leaving, I received a text outlining 2 additional service needs (both of which I had discussed with your Service personnel upon arrival and agreed they were not needed at this time)! I left with a splitting headache and do not plan to return anytime soon!

Seriously THE BEST car buying experience!!!!!! From the moment I got there to the second I drove off. Along with my feral toddler being there for the entire experience too right until the end. they treated me with so much respect, explained every little car buying detail to me and answered any question I had. Avery Colon killed itttt and made it happen to where I got to drive off in my brand new car. Not just brand new to me, but BRAND SPANKING NEW for me and my boys 🥹🥹🥹🚗✨✨✨ so blessed!
