Kia Forte

The salesman was very willing to work with me but the assistant manager was very ignorant. I can’t believe they actually sell cars there with his attitude. I will never suggest that dealership to any of my family or friends. I did receive a better deal and much nicer car at a dealership nearby. No hassle!

Amazing service

Very comfortable waiting area.. service was performed as promised.. very friendly service managers.. went over all service that was provided.. truly love this place!!! Looking forward to years of quality service to come!!!

Came for an inspection and left with a brand new S

I needed my 2016 Kia Soul inspected and while I was waiting, Max appeared. We talked for awhile about the Souls. I really wasn't thinking about buying another car. He showed me the newest model of the Soul and the deal I would get and I was sold! This is the third Soul I have owned and they just keep getting better! I love my new Soul even more than the last one which I didn't think possible. Only wish I could've kept them all! The service I have received over the past ten years has been great and they really do honor their warranties. Max is a great salesman who doesn't use high pressure tactics He just aims to please and he does! Thanks for the keychain Max! It was a pleasure doing business with you!

CONSUMER BEWARE

Consumer Beware! I usually had a good experience in the service department at Performance Kia. In fact, pass a dealer that is much closer to my house to go here. Now, I will never go back. Came in for a manufacturer recall and got a laundry list of issues my car needed. One of them being new tires as mine were worn down to 2/32". I was told this was a dangerous level and needs to be immediately addressed. As a savvy guy, I immediately began questioning their analysis of my vehicles's tires since I knew they came with 50k mile warranty and I only had 20k miles on them. I religiously rotate my tires with every oil change. I am also smart enough to know that if the tires are worn down to 2/32" tread wear indicator bars would be flush with the tread. Once I started asking questions the service representative I was dealing with immediately knew I was on to him. For fun, I stopped at CeeKay on my way home to pick up a tread depth measuring tool. All 4 tires evenly worn to 5/32". This is a predatory sales tactic and I feel awful for the poor people that fall for this sales pitch. Hopefully, this post will help them. As for me, I will NEVER be back.

Horriable

Worst experience ever buying a car in 20 years. I would never ever buy a car there agin nor would I ever recommend anyone to buy from them

There finance sucks they put you in a upside loan

The team was great the service is great but the loan department they use sucks. I got my truck.from them 3 years ago and my interest rate keeps going up

Horrible experience

Worst experience. Do not recommend them if you like honesty. They are simply out to sell cars and not what is in your best interest. Salesman isnt honest. Finance Manager was better. If you decide to try them hope you have a better experience.
