My selling experience with Shawn and Hank was great. They came to my house for appraisal and picked up the car, the price is fair. Great service, nice team, everything was easy and smooth. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family for sure!

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Start to finish, it was wonderful. I was in contact in various ways with several people and they were all phenomenal: Jackie, Shawn, Glenn, and Hank. Right at the start I hit a bit of a timing snag and they worked with me and communicated perfectly. They made the process as smooth and honest and direct as can be. I am a person who finds car buying and/or selling nerve-wracking and, well, not super fun, but I genuinely enjoyed interacting with these folks. I will absolutely, without a doubt return to Custom Cars West when we need anything in the future and I will recommend them to anyone I know who's in the market to buy or sell. They were truly good people to work with and they bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Definitely give this local dealership a shot—you will not be disappointed!

I had recently bought a new car and wanted an easy way to sell my old car and not worry about anything. Michael Barnes reached out with no pressure very personal able, and said just bring the car by, we will take a look, doesn't take much time at all if you are serious about selling your car. I thought about selling it privately, but this was so much easier. I got a quote online what they'd pay me based on how I described my car. Shawn the purchasing manager took my car for a spin and said his offer stood since my description matched what I had said online and then we went forward with the sale. Got a check on the spot, didn't have to worry about anything else other than getting my old license plates off of the car. It took me longer to get to their facility than it did to go through all the paperwork and the sale. I will use them again in the future when selling a vehicle! Highly recommend!
