RUDE , Nonprofessional owner of dealership
I’m writing this review, as I was at this dealership with my daughter to look at a few Maserati Levantes .We sent a salesmen who didn’t know what a Levante was and my daughter had to give him stock numbers..She explained she had a trade .He returned with the owner who identified himself as Billy Solkol the owner. He proceeded to ask my daughter her interest in the Maserati as it was no more than an emblem manufacturered by Dodge and the brakes alone are $1500.00 each to repair. Billy was rude, obnoxious, arrogant, belligerent and disrespectful,, to say the least. I have never witnessed such behavior . I have no idea why this behavior from Billy Solkol presented itself not only to my daughter, but myself also.. He also spoke disrespect of another dealership, that they just bought an Maserati Emblem and they were not a legitimate dealership and that they didn’t have a competent repair service..I was appalled at his total disrespect for no apparent reason.. My daughter and I left without a word , like the two women we are that have values , mannerism and class. I hope no other woman has to bare his thoughtless , demeaning, disrespectful, unkind words!..I would highly recommend when looking for any type of vehicle, not to go to Avenue Automotive,!Also check his Better Business Reviews…! Worst dealership I was ever at!!!

Rather than dignify the personal attack, I will attempt to respond to the facts and let those reading reviews in this forum form their own opinion. As I stated when responding to the reviewers daughters comments, I was not even at the dealership when they were here. Including my name, which she misspelled, is nothing more than an attempt to legitimize their dishonesty. I would invite the reviewer to look at the staff page on our Website so she can see we've never met. The fact is, the reviewers daughter was rude, dismissive, and extremely obnoxious, which now seems to make sense. At one point, she demanded her sales consultant to pull up every Maserati SUV we had in stock for her inspection. When she inquired about servicing a Maserati, we recommended a specific dealership that we've had good experiences with. We do not speak poorly about other dealerships nor would we do so about vehicles we carry. Would any dealership criticize the product they are trying to sell? I don't think it would be a shock to anyone that a Maserati is expensive to service, which came up in conversation as did the fact that some parts of a Maserati are supplied by Chrysler, it's parent company. It's not a knock on the vehicles, which we obviously believe in because we carry them. While I don't take much of the reviewers comments seriously, I do take great offense to her comment about how women are treated here. Again, I would refer the reviewer or anyone else to the staff page on our Website, where it can seen that nearly our entire Management team is made up of women. I'd also recommend that customers do check the Better Business Bureau Website for us, as well as any other business they are thinking about doing business with. Those that do will find that we are a BBB Accredited business, with an A+ rating! No business or person is perfect, and every customer experience does not go as planned. There are many times I look back and realize there's things we could have done better. If that was the case here, I would gladly own up to it and ask the reviewer to return to see if we could provide a better experience. Unfortunately, that's just not the case here. These were just impolite, disrespectful, entitled people, who thought they were better than everyone else because they were looking at a Maserati. The kind of people that prevent businesses like our from providing first class service to those customers who truly deserve it! Sincerely, Bill S., Dealer Principal
