car buying experience

If you are in the market for a vehicle, stop by and see the friendly people of Jeff Schmitt mazda. Cat, (Catherine) who was our pressure-free salesperson, made the buying experience quite pleasant. Thats saying alot coming from myself, since I have never enjoyed the process that usually is hassle, headache, pressure, and stress. She was very knowledgeable and a true professional. Karma, the finance lady, was excellent too. She was very detailed, organized, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy either. Jay, the sales manager was pivotal in getting the very fair deal done. Go check them out!

Car buying can be a chore, even dreadful at times. I am pleased to write that was not the case with Cat and Karma at Jeff Schmitt Mazda. Both friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all NO PRESSURE. We were able to work out a great deal on exactly the car we wanted and the financing was a breeze. We shopped 3 other Mazda dealers prior to our visit and it will never cease to amaze me how some sales people survive with the way they treat people. You will not be disappointed with these two ladies at Schmitt. We ALL want a great deal, and we ALL want to be treated with respect and I.M.H.O. you WILL get both at Jeff Schmitt Mazda. Thanks Cat, Karma and Jay.

Good Customer Service

Visited the dealership , and was approached by Cat McMillian.She was very courteous and greeted us with a smile.We came to the dealer for CX-5.She is very knowledgeable and had answer to all our questions. we did not buy the vehicle as we needed some time. My new Mazda

I went in to look at new cars and felt like I was treated like royalty! Jeff Nicholas helped me purchase my first Mazda and I am in love! I went to other dealerships and shopped around and did not get the service anywhere like I did at this Mazda dealership. Everyone was so friendly there and they really worked with me on the price. Thank you!

i drove about 3 and a half hours to get to the dealer and...

i drove about 3 and a half hours to get to the dealer and it was worth the drive the first dealer i have found that does not try to sale you something that you dont want they get you in the car, truck or what ever you want and to drive it home that day . just wanted to say thank you again.
