Thats saying alot coming from myself, since I have never enjoyed the process that usually is hassle, headache, pressure, and stress. She was very knowledgeable and a true professional. Karma, the finance lady, was excellent too. She was very detailed, organized, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy either. Jay, the sales manager was pivotal in getting the very fair deal done. We were able to work out a great deal on exactly the car we wanted and the financing was a breeze. i drove about 3 and a half hours to get to the dealer and it was worth the drive the first dealer i have found that does not try to sale you something that you dont want they get you in the car, truck or what ever you want and to drive it home that day . just wanted to say thank you again.
