Pleasant buying experience!!

Very pleasant and accommodating. They made the buying process very easy and efficient. Would recommend to other buyers looking for an automobile to check out the inventory here.

Liked the car, Steve was easy to deal with, fair

Liked the car, Steve was easy to deal with, fair negotiation, handled shipping arrangements for car back to Chicago. Overall pleasant experience, would recommend this dealer To friends. As he is trustworthy.

Great Experience buying a car!

Steve was Great! He wasn't pushy he let me do a check list of the car told me to take my time. Let me test drive the car. Went through all the paperwork with me. The Experience was nothing like a big car dealership. He made it seem so easy.. I would and will be going back for another car when am ready. Thank you Steve.

Beware... move on to a legitimate dealership

I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle for them. I simply wanted my check engine light issue resolved, I paid $800 to have it fixed. Over a month later after being told how much they have done for me and what they have invested, there it is... the check engine light is still on and Aubrey the sales associate says " it's your vehicle"

Rude and dishonorable man

Rude, disrespectful, dishonest, dishonorable - perfect description of Steve! I had a Bill of Sale signed late (Texas time) Friday, March 19, 2021. I advised that I was tied up the next day with a carpet install and he had no problem with that. The banks are CLOSED on Sunday. He KNEW I was paying for the car via the sale of my husband's car to CarMax, which would be done first thing Monday morning. It took me half a day to get that done and get to the bank, which was passed the wiring deadline by then. I called and called Steve trying to keep him updated. He ignored my calls...and emails. I attempted to inform him that the Carmax check would fund Tuesday night and I could do the wire transfer FIRST THING WEDNESDAY MORNING. I finally heard from him later on Tuesday - he was VERY RUDELY advising that he didn't see the transfer yet (he ignored my email telling him the Carmax check would fund Tuesday night and the wire transfer would happen first thing Wednesday morning) - at which time, I FINALLY got to advise him it would be FIRST THING the next morning...TWELVE HOURS LATER. He called me back AT 8:45PM ON TUESDAY EVENING (less than 12 hours from the scheduled wire transfer) and VERY RUDELY demanded that I take my down payment back because he was selling the car right then to a repeat customer who had cash in hand. He was angry and lying that he had continually requested that I do the wire transfer, as if I was stringing him along. Fortunately, I had not sold MY car yet (only my husband's), or I would be stranded right now! Rude, disrespectful, dishonest, AND dishonorable man and dealership.

Response to Texas Customer As the owner of RCA I would like to respond to your negative review. After investigating your case, it is clear to me that we were in our right to sell the 2009 Lexus RX350 to our local customer. We typically hold a car for a customer for 1-2 days until funds have been received. In your case, you never wired the funds. On Tuesday we refunded your deposit as stipulated in the law. You claim that we were rude and unprofessional. I have read every email and response and we responded with the highest integrity and responsiveness, even when you requested a lower price for a car we just reduced. At this point, your negative posts on multiple websites is an example of unprofessionalism and boarding on harassment. I would ask that you stop the negative posts. Aubrey

It was an easy and effortless car buying experience. I was looking to buy a single car, but ended up buying 2. Definitely will be back when looking for another car!

Great car buying experience !! Excellent Dealer.

Excellent customer service. Very smooth and easy transaction. Their main concern is getting you the right vehicle for your needs. A very honest dealer that I would highly recommend !

Great Experience

Very transparent and easy to work with. They fixed a couple of issues with the car at no cost before we completed the transaction. Truly a no BS dealership.

Low mileage collection grade Corvette.

Great personable skills. Very knowledgeable about vehicle history. Maintenance records. Fully explained all aspects of the process and delivered a clean vehicle. Friendly environment and very welcoming. Definitely would recommend paying them a visit and look over the exceptional quality of vehicles in stock.

Awesome experience!

Steve had car ready for me when I arrived, car was in exact shape it was described as. Staff was friendly, and professional. The dealership was well maintained and clean. Very quick purchase process, even with financing needed. I would definitely recommend Steve and the team at Right Choice Automotive. Thank you, love my new car!!
