My wife purchased a car from these folks and we found out

My wife purchased a car from these folks and we found out the suspension and brakes are in need of repairs. The car supposed to have a safety check and upon the check the mechanic only replaced the outer tie rod ends. However he missed the torn bushings in the control arms and said the brakes were good and the brakes and suspension parts need to be replaced over $1000.00 in repairs are needed. I was having medical issues and the car didn't get to the shop till after 90 days however these parts do not wear that fast. The shop neglected to give us the safety check sheet with the purchase of the cars paperwork. They offered for us to bring it back however we don't feel that it would be in our best interest since the mechanic missed important things during his inspection. And after several negative phone calls back and forth we don't trust them as they lied to begin with. We purchased a drive train warranty it's 90 days however at the end of 90 days the warranty company asked us for payment after we paid the dealer cash for the car including the warranty and have warranty contact to prove we paid and a receipt. The warranty was good for 90 days and or 3000 miles. However the warranty never went into effect due to the dealership none payment. All though the dealership took our money for the warranty. The company won't give us a refund for the warranty we paid for and never got . It's been one run around after another and the dealership is trying to hold our money for leverage to make us sign a release of liability and not to post on social media what you may call a gag order. I and the law call this extortion. We were going to purchase a second car from them but fat chance after this experience. They went as far as to harass my wife at work. We are filling complaints against this company and will be seeking damages They know they are WRONG as they asked to purchase back the car. We spent weeks looking for a car.

Right Choice Automotive initially heard from the customer after more than three months of ownership (beyond the Arizona implied warranty) and beyond the 90-day service contract that this customer purchased. The customer purchased a limited 90-day service contract the Powertrain Plus, which covered the engine, transmission, drive train, rearend, water pump and thermostat for $240. After listening to the customer, we offered to inspect and evaluate the car, and if it needed service, even though this is beyond the implied warranty and the 90-day service contract. By the time the customer contacted us the service contract was expired. Right Choice Automotive paid for the service contract. None of the complaints the customer had regarding the car would have been covered under the service contract. After talking with the customer, it became clear that this customer was unhappy about their purchase so we did offer to have the customer either bring the back the car back to us so we could inspect and make any reasonable repairs. We also offered to repurchase the car. Both of the options the customer refused. No one from Right Choice Automotive harassed the wife at work. Right Choice Automotive sent several text communications to her since she was the owner of record to try to resolve the matter. The only harassment that occurred came from the customer’s husband who repeatedly threatened, legal, social, and physical harm. After one phone call the customer’s husband called back only to apologize for the way they spoke to us. He then then commenced with further threatening and harassing comments. These customers in my opinion don’t have any desire to resolve the matter other than demanding a refund for the warranty and publicly harassing the dealership. We received several phone messages from this customer, which we have saved on our phone system as a recording as evidence of customer threating the dealership in order to extort one. Just prior to the posting of this negative review, we reached out to the customer only to have the husband swear, and verbally abuse us over the phone. Right Choice Automotive stands ready to resolve the matter with these customers if they are willing to be reasonable.

Great used car buying experience

Steven and Aubrey were very honest and transparent. they did what they said they were going to do and no last minute surprises. They were very easy to work with and we will go back the next time we need a vehicle.

Awesome Dealership

My son found me a sporty/fun car on the lot. The owner was great and his brother did all of the paperwork the next day, when we picked up the car. Quickest and most knowledgeable car deal ever in my life!

Great experience

We saw a 2001 Jaguar convertible from a Cars.Com search after visiting several other dealerships and looking at half a dozen cars only to be disappointed in quality, cleanliness and pricing. Then we went to Right Choice Automotive and the car was even better than the listing and VERY reasonably priced! Great service and we left with a sweet new ride!
